Strachan's Ice Cream & Desserts - Palm Harbor

We absolutely LOVE Strachan’s and visit as often as we can. My only negative is that I’ve been WAITING for the red velvet ice cream to be available but I’ve yet to see it. 😭

I’ve eaten more ice cream than the average person, this qualifies me to say that the place was clean, the ice cream was devine and overall, the service was exceptional. A girl named Claire helped me and offered me a sample, she took the time to talk to me and even asked me how my day was! She was so kind and welcoming, thank you so much!

First time at this ice cream place and it was DELICIOUS, one of the ladies working there was too funny and told us all of the ice creams are homemade!!! (Besides the sorbet) I ended up getting 2 types of coffee ice cream and it was so good!!

Hi my name is Nick, I never had a banana split and it cost 17 bucks…. I was upset. I asked my wife “what’s a banana split?..” “two bananas, Neapolitan ice cream, whipped cream, nuts and fudge.” That didn’t even come on the item… unless she ate all of the toppings… but we very much so received just a Neapolitan ice cream with just two bananas… someone over there grabbed up my 5 bucks and I get pissed when someone grabs up my 5 dollars.. that’s my five dollars not their five dollars… I work hard for my money. Give me back my 5 dollars

I would give it a 5 if they still continued the Praline Ice cream… this is my favorite flavor and it’s hard to come by.. so imagine my disappointment to hear that the ice cream shoppe that I have frequented for years, no longer carries it. The staff last night were so awesome. The lady with the red hair was so helpful and I really appreciated her helping me find an alternative… please bring back the praline ice cream!

Absolutely Delicious!! Always great quality and the staff is excellent. They work hard and always have a smile on their face and welcoming demeanor!

Ordered 3 scoops & the guy said are you SURE that's a LOT of ice cream, & I'm like yeah? And he rolls his eyes & goes okayyyy..... Listen here, your sole purpose is to sell me more ice cream, ice cream man.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed, it was total chaos in the store, they should have set up some kind of lines for customers and when I did get up to order I specifically asked for dark chocolate covered cherries and I said, dark chocolate 3 times after leaving the store. I realized I got milk chocolate. I just gave them away because number one, I can't milk chocolate and number 2. I wasn't planning on going back in there. You need to get your shop organized a little bit better.
