Best carrot cake around 😋

They make quality ice cream but the vanilla and chocolate flavors don't taste like vanilla or chocolate. They need to use higher quality vanilla and chocolate and more of it.

I been getting Smurf ice cream senses was 7 year old little girl and now I'm 47 to be honest this was terrible don't taste like the ice cream and had like 5 marshmallows If you know you know this ice cream had so many marshmallows you couldn't even count them on 2 hands In scoop that was Smurf ice cream and flavor,texture,and whole marshmallows that's what helps flavor of the ice cream 🎯👈

The young man waiting on us acted like an owner, and I say that as a complement. He warmly greeted us and acted like he appreciated us being there. The scoops were very generous. However the candy was very stale and inedible. Ice-cream a 10, candy a 0.

I’ve been to this location many times and always enjoy the experience but today I had and witnessed the best customer service I’ve experienced in ten years.

An older woman on staff (maybe a manager?) took care of me and added such personalization to my experience despite me being eyes deep in an email.

I cannot say enough good things about this great local business! Best ice cream and best people!

We absolutely LOVE Strachan’s and visit as often as we can. My only negative is that I’ve been WAITING for the red velvet ice cream to be available but I’ve yet to see it. 😭

I’ve eaten more ice cream than the average person, this qualifies me to say that the place was clean, the ice cream was devine and overall, the service was exceptional. A girl named Claire helped me and offered me a sample, she took the time to talk to me and even asked me how my day was! She was so kind and welcoming, thank you so much!

First time at this ice cream place and it was DELICIOUS, one of the ladies working there was too funny and told us all of the ice creams are homemade!!! (Besides the sorbet) I ended up getting 2 types of coffee ice cream and it was so good!!
