So I was standing by the counter on 11/26/25 at 10am waiting to order and the girl comes out, doesn't aknowledge me, and goes about her business without a second thought. After another few minutes went by I asked if they were open and she said yes but to give her a minute??? Geez, I already gave her 10...what a peach! Someone should tell her the reason she is moving chicken from one pan to another is for customers like me! That one employee just scares them all off!

The heat has been on the last 5 times I've come here. Creating a very humid atmosphere. Tables are not wiped down throughout the day. There is always food on the tables. And this most recent visit I have found ants along the table that's closest to the kitchen.
Despite the uncleanliness, the staff are very kind and friendly and always helpful.
They don’t take coupons anymore what a ripoff why send them to my house if I can’t use them

The most sloppy, disgusting, sandwich I have ever received. I always order the same thing from Subway and I’ve been getting it for over 10 years which is a veggie sub on wheat bread with all the veggies and mayonnaise. Typically, I go to the subway by my house but today I tried a different location and definitely learned my lesson because when my sub arrived all of the toppings were falling out it was so loosely wrapped In the paper that by the time it arrived to me, everything had fallen out of the sandwich and all I had left was a pile of mush. Very disappointing. Take some pride in your work!

Nancy doesn't train right and it shows by the sandwiches I got today. The portion sizes are never right they never have bread staff is rude and doesn't listen to the customer. I'm not just a bitter ex-employee at work for her I'm telling the truth.
Jasmine, your employee wonderful young lady has a great way of greeting customers and making them feel comfortable. Hats off to Jasmine.

Great sandwiches, atmosphere is not the best because it is inside Walmart. Service was great, 2 new female employees were great in busy time, much better that previous employees.

I recommend people wait and allow that staff to be trained before they come here to get their Subway. I ordered four sandwiches. Each one was to be toasted. Except they put the meat, then the cheese, and then all the cold ingredients and then into the oven. They couldn't be bothered to put the cheese on the whole sandwich front to back or the toppings refuse to put my mayo and Sriracha on my sandwich and completely forgot the salt and pepper.
Subway is not open. Hours are incorrect.
I was here today and ordered my food. The employees are never really inviting and I’ve never seen them smile. The reason why I am writing this review is how they treated some behind me. The gentleman did not speak great English and was trying and the employee (she is the one with a buzz cut) screamed at him saying “I’m only making one sub at a time.” She was extremely rude to him and I felt so bad. This is not how you should treat people no matter how bad of a day you might be having. It is no excuse.
This is the worst subway ever! Worst employees. Miserable complaining when online orders come through. Cursing unprofessional. You should be glad when orders come through its job security. Go to publix,Jersey mike's, Jimmy John's or to a different subway!
