I have been in the restaurant industry for almost 25 years I just ordered some of their new sandwiches the boss and The all-American the number 6 and the number 10 and I did the extra meat, I ordered the pro version $7.50 extra I paid $15 per sub but it is ridiculous, Worse subs ever try to call the store 5 times spoke to some young kid never sees the owner doesn't know who made the sandwich terrible do not order from there worst ever taken from somebody 25 years in the business water rip off I'm gonna post the pictures. Fortunately doordash refunded $40 out of my $50 order

I always have to have a fizzy fountain drink with my sandwiches. I was there 3 weeks ago, no fountain drinks. None. I went in again today, same signs. No fountain drinks. Didn't get Subway today.

There was one person making sandwiches over the lunch hour. 3 people in line walked out including me. Either hire someone or shut down

This place has gone majorly down hill since hiring a lady there. She is the epitome of a "grumpy old lady" and very un welcoming. She not only is very sloppy in putting together your sandwich she says "we don't do melts" and when I asked about if it was discontinued- and telling her I got it at my previous visit she says "no we never have done it" very rude. Today I came in today and it was her again but luckily she wasn't servicing me. But she was servicing a lady making her a salad. He lady in front of me asked about the size of the salad as the bowl was noticeably smaller than they usually are. And the lady responded rudely "they've always been this size" as if we were delusional. She is grumpy lady with horrible costumer service. I used to. One almost weekly because it is down the street from my house, but I think I'll stay away from this place from now on, If you want bad service and grumpy people come to this place.
Worst sub I’ve had in a while.. and worst customer service ive experienced from this location. i picked up my sub around 7:30 and wasn’t greeted at all just stared at by and older gentleman. My sub was overfilled with lettuce and they didn’t even cut my sub in half...

Worst sub I’ve ever had from subway. The elderly lady unfortunately doesnt seem capable of doing this job. Didn’t know how to turn on the toaster and insisted the sub was toasted when it’s clearly not. Then completely packed the sub with an extreme amount of condiments. This sub was a complete mess and practically inedible.

For the second time now in the past month I've gotten a footlong "tuna" sub from this location that has consisted of bread, condiments and a splash of tuna flavoring. When I say that there was next to no tuna on it I'm not exaggerating. The woman who usually works Monday afternoons makes them good, when she's not there like today I get this $8 piece of bread.

I ordered from this subway for dinner and had it delivered. My order was missing items subs were made wrong and to top it off my meatball sub was put in a brown bag not even wrapped up with chip bags put on top of it. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the do some nasty stuff like that. I spent $70 at that store for dinner for my family and got the worst service ever ! I will never eat at this place again they should teach their employees better then they do. If I could rate this store -stars I definitely would !
