My order is consistently missing at least 1-2 items on average 60% of the time when I come to this restaurant and there is a roughly 25% chance that items will not be made as ordered despite the drive through staff confirmation the order. I'm not exactly sure why this restaurant has such a difficult time reading the receipts and confirming the order is accurate and complete before handing it to their customers but I spend nearly $50 an order when I come here and it has been wrong way to frequently for it to be an accidental overlook.
The General Manager and the District manager absolutely need to look into this because having a consistently wrong order and/or missing items when there are only 2-3 vehicles in line and with a $50 order I consider to be stealing and it is absolutely unacceptable.
I do not want to have to call every time to speak to a manager only to have them ask if I want drive back to get the missing items, or give me a credit/ coupon. I want and expectto get what I pay for each and every time and for my order to be fresh and correct and if not, I expect my transaction to be canceles so that the manager in charge can explain the reasoning to their management leaders exacty why they are having to cancel transactions to give away free food because of their inability to execute their shifts effectively, manage their staff, and why they are costing the company business and stealing from customers.
Upper Management, please correct this consistent inconsistency and hold your staff accountable because no one deserves to be taken advantage of like this nor have their hard earned money stolen.
In regards to this store, I advise that people stay away until management can address the poor quality, poor customer service, and retrain their staff on the importance of accuracy, consistency, and core values

I'm not one to expect much from any fast food restaurant, however, I was pleasantly surprised by a young woman working at this location named Melvina. She was very professional, kind, well spoken, and treated me with such respect I never expected. I'd go back just because of my experience with this young woman.

I was calling to let them know I was about to place an online order for a Cantina Chicken Bowl and mentioned that the last bowl I ordered was a lighter portion than usual. I asked if they could just make me a good, full bowl this time. The employee immediately became defensive and said all the bowls are made the same, even though I was just politely asking for a normal portion. I understand some items are consistent, but everyone makes a chicken bowl differently. His attitude was very rude and dismissive, which was completely uncalled for. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to order from this location again.

Visited around 9:30 on a Tuesday night—well before closing—and the service was disappointing. My order took far too long to prepare while the staff in the kitchen joked around and seemed more focused on playing than working. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

I get chicken soft taco, portion is smaller than other Taco Bell’s I go to. And PH charges $2 extra for chicken, Dunedin & safety harbors only charges $1 & larger portion

I get diarrhea when I ate taco bell.
Billed twice for order one on machine then by cashier who assured me i wouldnt be double charged a woman who appeared to be in her 80s said im not refunding you then she brought out john who also said he was manager but he wanted to just argue wound up disputing with my bank to get reimburse, not recomend this location
Shrinkflation is real, here is the proof. I just made a transaction with Taco Bell for $6.00, in exchange for my hard earned $6.00 I received two street chalupas with 25 cents worth of meat and onion inside, literally (quarter for scale). I think Taco Bell got the best of me but you only get me once. Poor quality, poor product, owners that don’t care. It’s funny that I never saw the possibility that fast food would fail because they offered cheap and fast food that was edible and filling but here we are.
