If I could give this place more than five stars I would. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable of the wine selection and offer great advice if you’re an experienced wine drinker or brand new! From the moment we walked in, the owners made us feel genuinely welcome and set the tone for a fantastic night. The service is spectacular—attentive without ever feeling rushed—and the prices are very reasonable, which made it easy to relax and try a few different wines. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends, and the table games were a fun, unexpected bonus that kept everyone laughing at the table. We actually drove about 20 miles to meet friends here and it was absolutely worth the trip. Uncorked has quickly become one of our favorite spots, and we will definitely be back

Amazing list of wine and amazing atmosphere. The bar is so cozy! I also absolutely love Kathryn (the sommelier) she is so knowledgeable about wine! I could talk to her for days! I have also been to the wine dinners are they are absolutely incredible! 10/10!

I was so pleasantly surprised after tying this place, fantastic atmosphere and GREAT service!! As someone who is not a huge wine drinker, I was worried to come here with my friends because I didn’t think they’d have anything to drink, but they have a good selection of beer too! Highly recommend.

Came here for a nice conversation and wine, and it was just a perfect spot. This is a hidden gem! The ambiance is sheer perfection and their wine selection is just so good for any taste. They also have some good selection for charcuterie and light bites. All in all a good spot and Jim, the owner, is extremely personable and makes sure you enjoy your time! Definitely recommend and coming back, my new favorite spot in Palm Harbor! Recommend the La Mancha Red Blend and the wine flights! pd. They also have beer 🍻 Cheers :)
