It looks like my pizza was just thrown in there massive toppings flew to one side and not much on the other side. These are some of the worst wings I've ever had in my entire life! It's not even hot sauce it's oil!

Pizza took forever. We watched while they kept on opening the oven letting all the heat out and pies were in there 10-15 minutes so crust was a heavy unpleasant dough not a nice crisp pizza base.Not nice pizza which they could have been.Staff were not good to say the least.Real shame as it's right by us but we'll drive a couple miles to anither one instead

Food is good a little pricey for pizza in my personal opinion. They do offer deal days which helps but you wouldn't know when ordering online, no quick easy coupons to add, and the staff doesn't inform you if you call to order of any deals that day. When I picked up my pizza, I could have saved money if I had known of the current deals. Oh well .... next time, ask them, I guess. I'd suggest an easy way to add coupons online and encourage the staff to inform patrons of deals!

I ordered a sub from here and I was told the total price. When it was delivered, they neglected to tell me there was not only an extra charge for the French fries which was $5, there was also a $5 delivery charge! The charge was DOUBLE! I only had cash so I called the restaurant to pay for the meal. I was speaking to the employee about the meal and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and she wouldn't answer. All I wanted to do was put it on my credit card! The delivery person said she was the owner. Instead of calling the restaurant and or working it out, I refused the meal and she told me I was rude! I then got a "Chewing out," by one of the employees at the lounge I was in. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THE LOUNGE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT RESTAURANT AGAIN! I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER! She has no right to treat her customers as she did me! I was hungry and I all wanted was the meal that I was priced, NOT DOUBLE!!!

I prefer this WestShore over the others in the area. The staff is friendly and very open to expand upon items for youDietary restrictions: I do not eat much carbs, this westshore has worked with me by placing my cheesteak in an aluminum bin.

Don't even bother wasting time at any other location! I have no clue why but the food at this location is delicious!!!!! The pizza is so good but not at other westshores just the Palm harbor location. The staff is friendly and always pleasant to talk to while waiting for your fresh order. Highly recommend!
