One of the greatest wingstops ever! Always fresh and cooked well! Their team works hard and gets your food out fast. Keith who took my order was awesome and very helpful, and gave me amazing customer service. I would recommend this wingstop to anyone!

Walked in was greeted welcome to Wing Stop . Lorena took my order very friendly. The food was very fresh and to to contrary to the Google reviews was the complete opposite of all the bad reviews left. I drove 20 min to get here and will be coming back. Absolutely awful service , I ordered thru the app I paid $5 for cheese sauce and extra for corn nuggets and when It got delivered there was no corn no cheese sauce and when I called they just wanted to give me the corn next time I come in , how does that make sense I want what I ordered what I paid over $30 for . And the fry’s weren’t even covered , I’ve never seen food delivered not covered , so by the time it got to me it’s cold .

I ordered a 20 piece bone-in 3 flavor and the 8 honey dry rub I ordered had 3 little nubs of chicken. Not whole pieces, they were scary looking! I cannot figure out how to add a picture or I would not very happy

nobody in there cared about the people upfront, I get online orders were popping off but the employee just standing there could’ve maybe taken care of us who stood there for half an hour.
I placed my order on Sunday,31st online,for pick up at 8:13. It told me to wait till 8:51-8:56,I was waiting till 9:10 and asked if the had my order under my name,ready yet? And the gentleman at the front told me I had to wait 15 more minutes,after ordering it online I would think that it could be ready especially waiting until 8:10, after a long road trip and being hungry while holding to my manners as I should. The food was over burned and greased up but didn’t know until I got home, no discount, no extra sauce, nothing, for being over 30 minutes wait time while having the hour with my order.

Made a over the phone order on 8/30/2025 was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I got to Wingstop my order wasn't even started. Lots of people waiting for pickups, I waited approximately 35 minutes for my order. Not a happy camper and my food was all cold.
I bought 10 wings and it doesnt come with any dipping sauce….you either pay extra for sauce (ranch or blue cheese). I asked for sauce and the guy said “do this 3 minute survey and you get 2 sauces for free”
Okay…. Heres the survey… 1 star 👍

Wings are good, but we waited to have order taken only to be told we had to order online for item we wanted. After sitting down and ordering even though we were dining in, asked for a water cup and told no. We had to buy a full drink at $3.29 if we wanted water. Not just a cup charge. For $45 in food, this was upsetting.
