Worst ran restaurant i have ever seen, you go in to pick up a mobile order and the 6 workers do not even acknowledge that i am standing at the counter for 10 minutes, they continue walking back and fourth from the kitchen to the counter and just keep their heads down not saying a single word to me. And then they finally ask me if i am daniella, i say no and they walk away without asking my name or even giving me time to tell them my name. Finally i have to flag down one of their 6 workers and tell them i am picking up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER!

This is the worst Wingstop you could ever come to. They offered deals during Super Bowl to bring you in if they don’t offer afterwards, they were 2 to 3 hours behind during Super Bowl. Decided to come back a few weeks later tried to place order online, wouldn’t work so I tried calling they would answer and put it on hold. Went into the store confronted them about it and they said they were just too busy. The same excuse for Super Bowl knowing they’re getting 1 million orders they blamed everything on them being a franchise and not part of the actual Wingstop the worst place you could come to, and then when you get the food, it’s subpar compared to every Wingstop I’ve ever had, Which is disheartening with it being my favorite wing place. Stay away go somewhere else. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other Wingstop, the three purchases here all three board experiences. Owner needs to fix some things.

1st timers. Girl who took our order at the counter should not have been dealing with the public. She was not helpful at all. So much so, we turned around and walked out. Gave it a second chance. The other girl was very helpful. We got 20 boneless wings with four sauces and fries. The hot honey rub and the original hot were are favorite sauces. The fries had some kind of seasoned salt on them which was very addictive. My only let down was that the fries were not crisp. We were informed upon leaving that you can order them well done. Once we got past the original girl, it was a good experience.
