This is the worst Wingstop you could ever come to. They offered deals during Super Bowl to bring you in if they don’t offer afterwards, they were 2 to 3 hours behind during Super Bowl. Decided to come back a few weeks later tried to place order online, wouldn’t work so I tried calling they would answer and put it on hold. Went into the store confronted them about it and they said they were just too busy. The same excuse for Super Bowl knowing they’re getting 1 million orders they blamed everything on them being a franchise and not part of the actual Wingstop the worst place you could come to, and then when you get the food, it’s subpar compared to every Wingstop I’ve ever had, Which is disheartening with it being my favorite wing place. Stay away go somewhere else. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other Wingstop, the three purchases here all three board experiences. Owner needs to fix some things.

1st timers. Girl who took our order at the counter should not have been dealing with the public. She was not helpful at all. So much so, we turned around and walked out. Gave it a second chance. The other girl was very helpful. We got 20 boneless wings with four sauces and fries. The hot honey rub and the original hot were are favorite sauces. The fries had some kind of seasoned salt on them which was very addictive. My only let down was that the fries were not crisp. We were informed upon leaving that you can order them well done. Once we got past the original girl, it was a good experience.

3 Employees ( running themselves as fast as they can) on a busy Sunday evening. They all deserve a raise. Should be more employees working this restaurant. 10 to 12 people in restaurant waiting including delivery drivers. More than a15 min wait!;;;

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Stood there almost 5 min. Without being greeted. 3 Employees standing around doing NOTHING. The tall guy is very rude and argued with me after telling him how poor their customer service was. Will NEVER order from here again.

I had Wingstop for the first time yesterday and It was so good. There was a little bit of a wait but I didn't mind because I know food service workers are just trying their best. I had the 8pc boneless combo w/ BC OG hot and Hickory BBQ flavor , absolutely delicious. I do live a little bit out of the way for this Wingstop but Ive been craving it for a while and finally wanted to drive and go get it. Maybe the tables/floors and drink station could've been a little bit cleaner but other than that I think the food was good. Hopefully the next time I come in , I will have the same type of attitude:)

Terrible experience. Showed up on time, was told 4 min wait. 15 minutes later after people that came in after me got their food, I got mine after asking multiple times. Only to get home and find out it was the wrong order. Workers just don’t care and are back there laughing and taking as long as they want.
