I went and I order a large deluxe With double chicken asked the manager to include the skin, And he went ahead to tell me there’s an extra fee for the skin, When the skin is part of the chicken and especially if I’m paying for double meat. He goes to tell me is the owner’s idea and the owner is very greedy. Well this message is for the owner, I’m never buying here again. This thirsty corporate behavior. Like you not charging enough for the for the plate? What wrong with you ? Gross mentality!

I rated this location with 1 star because I had to select a star rating in order to proceed. However, if I had the option I would've rated zero stars. This location is absolutely disgusting. Management is a huge disappointment and has no concern in quality customer service. I have called the corporate number severe times and reached an individual with broken English. To make matters worse I have left my name and contact info with the young lady who answers the corporate phone line and no one has contacted me thus far. You should be ashamed of price gouging amongst of other things.

Absolutely terrible experience, not only the prices increased at this particular location but now they are charging extra for the “chicken skin” which is the only reason I actually go to chicken kitchen, and not only it was a miserable small piece of chicken skin but it was a dollar more. A mexican bowl now costs you shy of 15 dollars where you can get a huge bowl of chicken at chipotle for 10. Ridiculous. They also became so “nickel and diming” with everything including the sauces, you used to get 3 no problem now they give you two half filled sauces and charge you extra for more. Avoid this location or chicken kitchen completely, they became greedy and unfair with their prices, it a shame.

Portions continue to get smaller, and now they are charging for the skin on your chicken as extra?. That makes no sense to me since they would always throw it away. Now I have to pay an extra dollar for the skin that my chicken already comes with as if it's something extra 😂. It's part of the chicken dude like come on. I haven't gone to a chain food place in some time and now I was reminded as to why. They are so damn greedy and since they are already successful they don't care. Won't be coming back. So disappointed in Chicken Kitchen. This is why I tend to go to local family owned food joints.

I’ve been coming here for years but the owner’s greed has hit a new low. First the portions kept getting smaller and smaller and now they literally charge you extra to have the chicken skin tossed in to the chop chop. I mean who charges extra for that!? 😂😂😂

Went to Chicken Kitchen for the first time since they had canceled the sweet chili sauce. To my surprise the sauce was back. One good thing. I place my order which was a large original extra chicken and leave the skin(we all know that's where the flavor is) i was told the skin was extra. New policy. I was told because they realized people were taking the skin so they charge now. They charged a dollar. Not 20 cents. A dollar for a tiny piece of skin that came off the chicken breast I just ordered. When I call corporate they said it was due to the rising price of the chicken. They get charged by the weight. I argued that the skin is not that much in the weight of a breast. They were not hearing it. What's next. I go to a restaurant and order a baked potato and I will be charged for the skin off the potato. This is nuts.

Well I stop for lunch there in order to 2 Mexican chop with 2 20 oz green tea with it was time pay they charge me $44.29 I was unsatisfied because in homestead I pay for the same 2 lunch’s only $24.89 with tax I eat every way was not to happy I will never go back
