Sign in window said 25% off your first online order if you scanned the QR code. So I scanned the code and placed my online order for the first time. Unfortunately it did NOT give me the 25% off. When I asked the people working at the counter none of them could help me. Very dissatisfied.

I placed an order online and realized when I got home that I chose lettuce base instead of yellow rice. I drive back to the store and was greeted warmly by the manager. He understood and graciously gave me the yellow rice for free. I was prepared to pay for it but he insisted on helping me even though it was my mistake, and with a smile. When I arrived home to eat my lunch, my food was still warm and fresh. In today’s world, it’s not common to receive great customer service. Which is why I felt compelled to write this review acknowledge such great experience. I will be back.

The fact that this location gives the smallest portion for the regular and then gives the same portion for the large plate is actually sad & insane i feel like I’m being scammed. The lady or i guess manager at the register was sweet I would’ve left her a tip but I just can’t stomach that i would’ve paid $2 for the same portions. I begged my mom to go to Chipotle instead but came here just to receive the same attitude I told her I didn’t like with one of the employees just from ask for a lil extra chicken. I get business wise portion is important, but something has got to give cause i really love the Asian Chop and i don’t have much teriyaki chicken on my plate. Hopefully this changes soon because this is the closest Chicken Kitchen near me.

**Disappointing Experience at Chicken Kitchen**
I visited Chicken Kitchen today at approximately 5:45 PM, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The service was horrible, and the staff were incredibly rude.
My meal was supposed to come with bread, but they were out of it. When I asked for an extra sauce, I was told I had to pay for it. Despite not receiving the bread, there was no discount or compensation offered. This lack of courtesy was frustrating, especially considering that a business relies on its customers.
It's no wonder the place was empty when I arrived. Customers should be treated with respect and served their food without attitude, especially when they are paying for it. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Chicken Kitchen. I won’t be returning.
I only give them one start because I am not able to give anything lower than that

OMG!!!! This is the best chicken chiken in the city, the food is excellent, the service is spectacular, the manager Miguel is always very friendly, as is his entire team who are always willing to provide the best service, the place is always clean, even the bathroom. I have been a customer for years and I spend between 1 to 3 times a week thanks to the good EXCELLENT service, THANK YOU TO THIS ENTIRE TEAM!
