Domino's Pizza

Very disappointing. Third time is my last, they hardly put any toppings on the pizza..Rather go one block away, for 1 dollar more, I really get a good pizza...This Dominos location is very skimpy.

Super bad mood and treatment from the person in charge since I arrived to order the pizza, if they are going to have staff with a bad temper and bad attention, they should close. I won't buy more in this place.

The pizza is very good, the service is terrible, they make the pizzas without gloves and the staff shouts are scandalous, the staff is very bad, especially with the customers.

I placed an order of $145 for delivery. I noticed that I forgot to change my 2 large extravaganza pizzas to THIN CRUST because it automatically makes it hand tossed. I immediately called after placing the order so they are aware i wanted thin crust before they prepare it. someone finally answered after a whole 10 minutes of calling and she said that it had just been put in the oven 3 minutes ago, and she COULD NOT change it. I said can you just please change it? I called immediately and the phone line was going as if someone answered and hanged up and i kept trying and trying to get a hold of them. and she insisted that she was NOT going to re make the pizzas. I have never in my life gotten a response from a dominos worker that way. everyone I usually speak to when i’ve had a problem has always been so nice about it and had indeed been able to make me the pizzas or make the corrections!

Pizza is poorly prepared. There wasn't even enough cheese for the entire pizza! I ordered two large pizzas. One 1/2 Cheese, 1/2 Pepperoni and One Mushroom with Black Olive. Toppings were scarce. Cheese was missing on several slices!?! Toppings were minimal. Maybe two mushrooms and 4 black olives per slice. Maybe three pepperoni per slice. When I pointed this out before leaving, they said that it was perfect pizza!?! Missing cheese??? I'm very disappointed. Ordering Little Ceasars next time FOR LESS!!!

Whenever I want dominoes I order and pick it up, when I get to the store I tell the cashier that I know it's not ready but to pay while I wait and the little girl with a very bad attitude tells me your order is not ready I tell her it was the first thing I I told you I know he's not there... he has the nerve to twist my eyes and turn around. The Dominos staff had always been friendly except for this girl, I should get rid of this girl.

I ordered over 50 times from this location over 8 years. We have 3 kids that love this pizza. Today is the last time I will ever order from them. After ordering a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza, it arrived all pepperoni except for one mini slice (they cut it all wrong, too). Two of my 3 kids do not eat pepperoni.
I called the store and the women who answered insisted that she made the pizza herself and she did not make it wrong. I asked for a correct replacement pizza and she said that she would only bring one if we gave her back the original full pizza. The issue that is that my one child who does eat pepperoni started her dinner so, of course, the pizza was no longer complete. I explained to her that I could not give her a full pizza back and she said she could not bring me a replacement.
The other issues is that we are moving so I do not have a lot of food in the house, hence ordering pizza.
Normally I would move on, but when you have 3 hungry kids and one has already eaten their share, and the customer service was completely lacking, I couldn't just move on.

No more. Don't order from this location. Terrible customer service. It's pizza for goodness sake. Do the right thing.

I left on Sunday July 14, 2024.
I was at the store to buy a medium pizza, and the person at the register was in a bad mood. I ordered it to take away.
And I asked to pack it in a smaller box. O'aluminum paper. And the lady at the checkout told me that they didn't have smaller packaging and neither did the paper.
I was on foot and I don't have transportation.
That's why I ordered it in a smaller box.
And I couldn't buy it.

Luis provided great customer service! An error occurred with an order I placed and what Domino's itself had to offer as assistance was very disappointing. However, Luis made it his priority to ensure that the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. It certainly was refreshing to be treated like a human.

Jose is a terrible manager and Amy doesn’t know how to make a pizza (puts the wrong toppings) also barely put cheese. Avoid this location at all costs their golden excuse is that they are always understaffed.

Wheelchair accessibility: The employees at this store are monsters. The delivery drivers car smelled like weed and he dropped my pizza right in front of me.

Dominos is our favorite place to order pizza and their pizzas are always hot and delicious..

Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian pizzas

Parking: We frequently drive thru and take our food home to eat but sometimes choose to dine in and we always find a parking space..

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Wheelchair accessibility: Very important so our family member who needs a wheelchair is not left out of eating in the restaurants “with our family”..

I placed a phone order. Once I arrived and got my food it was completely WRONG. And I was charged for sauces/dips I did NOT ask for. When I brought it to the girl's attention she shrugged and walked off. If my kids didn't want Domino's so bad I would've kept my money and went elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN.

It is the second time we have been here and the cashier does not have the respective treatment for customer service. He makes some gestures when receiving the order, totally unpleasant. With all our hearts we hope it improves, because we would love to return one day.
