The lady in the cashier was just plain rude. The order did not match what I ordered. She showed unwillingness to help. Then I wanted to order an extra pizza so I could get what I wanted and the App was acting up. I told her I had a free Pizza and showed her on the App. Asked if she could help processing it. I ordered the spinach and feta cheesy bread, an order of pasta, marinara sauce, garlic sauce and a sprite. The cheesy bread was literally raw in the inside , the pasta was just okay I just got it to go with my bread. I called the store and spoke to a lady who told me her name was Claudia, I told her the bread was raw in the inside and she’s arguing back and forth with me telling me it isn’t because she put it in the over for 10 minutes. She also told me I could bring the same bread back and she could put it back in the oven! I told her no and that I just wanted a refund for everything and she said she’s not giving me a refund even if I bring the food back. I brought all the food back and this lady only refunded me for part of my order even though all the food was brought back to the store and left there. I’m on the phone with corporate now and I’ll also be reporting this location to the BBB. It’s a shame that such sorry people work at food places. Please do not waste your money at this location. Horrible customer service and undercooked food !

The reviews of this place are not lies. If you do not speak Spanish don’t bother ordering food from here. Hopefully you don’t experience a problem like I did. I placed an online order for my favorite hand made pan. I got my pizza and it was regular pan. When the person answering the phone didn’t understand me because she didn’t speak English - she hung up in my face. I called back and I was told in broken English because I guess I sounded like I didn’t speak English :( “ inspeccion your pizza come back” I came back. The young lady I think they called her leva told me “your pizza not broken”. She never asked me why I was bringing the pizza back after I realize she didn’t understand and was being rude I asked Can someone else help me? 7 people, 7 people!!! I counted stared at me blankly. I asked does anyone speak English and was told no English. I asked for a refund, leva told me “ no it’s not broken ” I asked for a manager or supervisor I was told no not on Sunday come back tomorrow. A driver came in and got them to remake the order. His name is Kareem and he tried so hard to make things right, he spoke English and was nice. They made it correctly with the wrong toppings, not even toppings I would consider eating. I gave up and left. I left them with the broken pizza and took home the one with the wrong toppings. I know it’s Miami but English speaking individuals in a restaurant is still very necessary. This dominoes will not ever see my dollars again.

This location in Palmetto Bay wasn't too bad until the last 2 orders placed.... Hardly any toppings...terrible, Time to change to Papa Johns or Pizza hut a couple of blocks away.... Don't recommend this location.

This location's workers need customer service training. When a customer places an order on-line, you expect the order to be correct, right? Wrong, not here.My fault was not checking the order before I left the store. I Had to drive back and wait for a new pizza. They didn't have the courtesy to apologize or provide a discount for their mistake. I will never order another pizza from this location.

My husband ordered a pan style pepperoni pizza for our family and it was quite disappointing. Our pizza was severely undercooked. The cheese on the pizza was not browned at all. Upon my first bite I knew something was off about the pizza because it was very doughy. I lifted up the cheese and you can still she the cheese shreds that barely melted. I was able to scoop the dough out with my fingers. My husband submitted a complaint and it's been over a month and we have not heard back from anyone. This place does not produce quality pizza... it should be cooked through at the very least.

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but the staff in this location is rude and nasty. The manager Apparently does not care if the Hispanic employees curse in Spanish to customers. I am appalled at what they say in Spanish that is extremely vulgar. They probably are thinking that you ( customer) do understand what they are saying. I reported to main Domino office with no response. I will never come back here or buy from Domino ever again.
