This has been my favorite pizza spot ? until now. I live 3 mins away it took 1 hrs and 40 min to get a cold pizza. their solution was for me to send the pizza back that my grandkids touched . I payed for delivery got food I didn't eat and now I have to pay someone to take me because they will give this disabled lady a pizza credit and no way to actually get it . Pizza is good; however, they are always messing up the order.. missing items and wrong order completely. Got a antipasto salad with no meat or cheese. They made me go to the restaurant after I had everything delivered. Refund my delivery fee and tip.

Slowest delivery in the history of deliveries!!! I had to wait over an 95 minutes and when the driver finally arrived the pizza was cold (keep in mind I ordered the pie from a location 10 minutes away from the Jerry & Joe's Pizza Shop)

Hello, I've lived in Palmetto Bay for over 40 years and just considered you guys this year. I had heard bad things about you, and never wanted to order. However, I went out on a whim and ordered a Caesar side salad, and the lasagna and I was overwhelmed with the goodness. It was so damn delicious I nearly died! I've been ordering it now, almost every week and I freaking love it however, this is the second time I found a medium sized black HAIR in my salad. I DIDNT want to post it publicly yet, BUT no one has answered my messages or emails.I am hoping that you will speak to whoever prepares the food and let them know it is

Good food. Great service. Generally, a relatively short "wait time" for food as well. Not really a place to "dine in" but top-notch with the takeout!

horrible place. I worked there for months and it was not clean at all. I would do a delivery and walk straight into the kitchen to mix the pizza doe by hand. The manager didn't care if you washed your hands or not, he only wanted you moving. Also rodent droppings were a constant sight in the back room were you stored the pizza doe bags and had the mixing machine. I told the area manager and he simply blew me off like I was a disgruntled employee. Honestly I wish they would just of cleaned up the place. CheP pizza is good, but not if it's filthy. I personally would never eat there again or suggest it to anyone, but that's just my experience and opinion.

I called the manager was very apologetic, and sent a delivery driver with the sauce. THIS WAS SO REFRESHING THAT THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT ME. Customer service has been lost at soany businesses, employees and managers so many places would have done nothing. I WILL ALWAYS ORDER MY PIZZA HERE.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't know what's going on with them lately but delivery has been awful they told me less than an hour and I waited an hour and 50 minutes when I place my order I told the gentleman three times three times my order and still got the order wrong.
