The center hosts various tournaments for different games, as well as birthday parties. On Fridays around 7:00 PM, a retro collectible store pops up, selling video game merchandise and offering repairs for GameCube controllers during their Smash Brothers weeklies.

While the food is limited to snacks, the center allows customers to bring in food from outside, which is appreciated. The center is also kid-friendly, with popular games like Fortnite and Fall Guys available, and the staff is great with children. The parking area is large, with a ramp and stairs for accessibility.

The center has an amazing internet cafe, card game, and activities area. They offer a free 2-hour and 30-minute pass for first-time visitors to try out the cafe.
