On Thursday 9/18/25 I made and paid for a purchase online for pickup, however when I arrived at the store around 9pm to retrieve my purchase staff at the store was very rude, and refused service despite me having a receipt. There was a huge language barrier as I don't speak Spanish, and the staff did not speak English, however that do not give you a pass to be rude, even after another customer tried to help. My experience here was terrible!

I come to this place because the food is very good but today will be my last time the service is terrible as well as the customer service they never have the food ready and when you walk in they don't even look at you they always have an excuse I order what's on the menu if they don't have it please put it if it's not available if their customer service doesn't change their attitude you're going to see a lot like me who will choose not to buy anymore

I come here everyday cutler bay location do not order the pan con biste I cannot believe not only being a regular but for any customer I ordered it with onions mayo and the potato sticks not only was there absolutely no seasoning on steak but you would think at least for plate presentation it had two lil pieces of onion and about 10 potato sticks in it I had to out cilantro sauce to be able to eat it I will never order this again ridiculous and on lunch break cannot return to even substitute so pissed just a waste of money

Place is sensational. Fast and friendly service. Food is fresh and superb. Prices are fair and speedy service. Been here a handful of times and everything I come here I'm always surprised. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fulfilling meal.

Love this place! Amazing food and atmosphere. I always get the Completa with Arroz Moro, Vaca Frita, and Maduros.
