I come here everyday cutler bay location do not order the pan con biste I cannot believe not only being a regular but for any customer I ordered it with onions mayo and the potato sticks not only was there absolutely no seasoning on steak but you would think at least for plate presentation it had two lil pieces of onion and about 10 potato sticks in it I had to out cilantro sauce to be able to eat it I will never order this again ridiculous and on lunch break cannot return to even substitute so pissed just a waste of money

Place is sensational. Fast and friendly service. Food is fresh and superb. Prices are fair and speedy service. Been here a handful of times and everything I come here I'm always surprised. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fulfilling meal.

The food is authentic and delicious. The staff and service are incredible specially Claudia, she always welcomes us with the biggest smile

Love this place! Amazing food and atmosphere. I always get the Completa with Arroz Moro, Vaca Frita, and Maduros.

Just jump in line and grab yourself a plate, they have everything.

I’m sorry, I don’t know what meat cut this was, but didn’t look or taste like churrasco.

I appreciate your response, it shows you care, however you’re missing the point, I never mentioned temperature, the “cut” looked and tasted like a “tira” from an Argentinian grille.
Please take a look at the picture before responding erroneously again.

Really not happy with this latest visit. Ordered 2 shredded pork meals with rice and plantains to go. They put a tiny scoop of pork and level it off in the container. $15
2 slices of plantains?! That’s a side?? Usually a side of plantains anywhere you go is 4/5 or more. White rice piled in the rest . They cheap out lately. Didn’t used to be like that. Really disappointed. The flavor was ok but I was still hungry.

People who pick up Uber and DoorDash orders are always made to wait 10-15 minutes. They never have orders ready and they waste too much time.

Bad customer service

I bought a bun with steak and it's the worst in the world. The truth is, I never come here again. I couldn't eat it. It's a disaster.

I don't even know where to start with this review.
I ordered one Tostada, one beef empanada & one cafe con leche & was totally shell shocked when the 15 employees had no idea what I was talking about. I politely asked for the manager and both of them had no idea what I was talking about. I ordered several times expressing myself in a very clear manner. I really thought It was April fools day and the employees were playing a joke on me in which would have been really funny.
But, they weren't playing a joke on me and nobody understood me. I was really dumbfounded and this is ignorance at its highest level. So, If you don't speak Spanish then please don't waste your time because the staff along with the management don't care to learn the basics of the English language. This is not Hialeah or Little Havana where it's expected nobody will speak a stitch of English. This is Palmetto Bay and it's a mix of ethnicities.
So, once again, please don't waste your time If you don't speak Spanish and take your business to Pinecrest Bakery which is only ten minutes south on US 1 because that's what I did.
At Pinecrest Bakery; they actually do speak English and are very nice. I remember a couple of months ago I went to the same Soriano Brothers and I had to take the manager outside to the sidewalk to point to the combo dish that was being displayed at the time. I thought It was funny so I didn't really think much of it. But, It's not funny because this establishment doesn't care about their non spanish speaking customers. The owners should be ashamed of themselves as well as the management to keep allowing this to happen.
Btw, at Pinecrest Bakery you won't be harassed by the crackheads, bums & wild dogs looking for handouts and food.
Soriano Brothers should hire security for the safety of their customers.
