I’ve been coming to Sushi Bay for a few months now and it has quickly become a weekly dinner spot for me. The owner, Chef Kenny, and his team are welcoming, inviting and attentive to everyone’s needs. The fish is fresh and the wasabi is real (as opposed to the commercial artificial standard)! There is also a wonderful selection of sake and Japanese beer available.

The owner Kenny you are amazing at your craft and an amazing person, he’s personable and asks how you want your sushi personalized. He even made a simple special dish for my daughter of just salmon and rice for her to enjoy. A must pass by and my new go to spot.

I consider myself a bit of a sushi connoisseur, so I'm not easily impressed. Sushi Bay, run by the very cool Chef Kenny, is on par with some of the best I've had. The attention to detail and impressive traditional presentation is what I look for in a sushi restaurant. Kenny's talented. Simply put. He only uses the finest quality fish and ingredients and always strives to give his guests the best possible experience. Outside of this hidden gem, you can't get a meal this good without paying the big bucks on Sobe or in Brickell. Luckily for us in Palmetto Bay, we have Sushi Bay.
