It is not possible that a restaurant does not have public restrooms, and when I ask them why I can't use the restroom, they tell me that the restrooms have been broken for weeks! Where is the health department? How do food service workers not have a place to go to the restroom? I drove 20 minutes to get food! I didn't buy anything and left feeling really frustrated. Now I'm sitting at Chick-fil-A.

So I didn’t take any pictures of my meal unfortunately, but I went to try Wingstop after a long time , and this is my second time , and I got spicy korean Q and louisiana rub. I also got to try some mild and lemon pepper from my friends who ordered. Spicy korean q and mild were the best, with mild just being buffalo sauce, and korean q wasn’t too bad, with good sauce. Lemon pepper in my opinion tasted like fish seasoning, which wasn’t for me with wings. Louisiana rub has potential to be a good flavor but it just had so much seasoning it just tastes like powder. I also got veggie sticks and voodoo fries, veggie sticks are pretty normal with ranch, with the food fries wishing for them to be crispier, but that’s my opinion, I like crispy fries. I don’t know if I will come back but 7 Wings and some veggie sticks + some fries made me feel full and content i didn’t even wanna eat dinner or breakfast the next day Also the music in this establishment really does not make you want to eat there. being loud and not fitting the vibe. both bathrooms were closed when we visited and they also have a wide variety of drinks so that’s a plus

this was the worst experience that i have had since i have been going to this location . I always order my food the same way. The night manager Michael was the epitome of rude, arrogant, no empathy for customers. In the business of customer service you have to please the customer with in reason. for me to visit this place more than 3 times a week and order the same thing and for michael to display the level of rudeness is horrific. I live around the corner from this place and had to travel all the way to old cutler to get my food is crazy. When I went to the old cutler location i got my order the way i requested with no problem. I spend a lot of money there and request a manager with more customer service training. I do not recommend this place anymore. I noticed that the rating is 3.6 however others at this location don’t give any problems just Michael if that’s his real name.this was the night of the superbowl around 8-9 pm

I went to wing stop for the first ever my experience was so horrible I totally dislike this place I ordered French fries and they were not fresh. THE WORKER MADE THEMSELVES FOOD AND THEIR FRIES WERE SO FRESH! I even asked them “hey how are you fries so fresh and mines look like this” and he said “it’s because my fries are fresh, yours are like old bc they just sit there. THATS INSANE TO SAY TO A CUSTOMER!! Also, I was going to eat my carrots and vegetables and they were FROZEN TO THE MAX! I told a lady that works there and she was like oh no this isn’t frozen it just looks like it is. As if nobody knows how vegetables look! She was like watch it’s not frozen, I can break it with my hands and ends up SHE COULDNT EVEN BREAK IT!! The employee was laughing so hard and was like damn you guys are not eating good. HE SAID OH YOU HAVE TO COME EARLY TO GET BETTER FRIES BUT NOT FRESH. Also said, the only thing good there is the corn. And proceeded to LAUGH with all his coworkers pointing at our food!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL!!! They all made food for themselves and was like oh yea, we make our food fresh only! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Never again!

Wings are always fresh so that's a plus. I think only about 2 occasions the fries were like the hard crumbs as if they didn't feel like cooking more. But overall the food & service is normally great

Ordered for my whole family and it gave us all horrible stomach aches and this is not our first time ordering wingstop. This place and the wings are way to overpriced for things not to be cooked properly. For the amount of money we wasted I would of at least wanted my food to be cooked well and seasoned properly, fries barley had any seasoning. its always a hit or miss with this company, every time we order the food is never consistent with its quality its always something different in every location. I will officially never order from this company again , if I wanted bad quality food I would go to a food truck which might even be better and cheaper than this place at this point .

dered delivery and my fries were beyond cold. Literally cold like they were sitting there for hours. The chicken was disgusting. My wings still had feathers on them. Chicken was warm. Ordered a roll and it was hard as a brick. This location is horrible. If that was my first time trying wing stop I would never try it again. Disgusting.

Every time I order food and it doesn’t matter if I pick it up or it’s delivered my order is always missing something. This is the third time in a year I have ordered and the fries didn’t come you call they make excuses. The other times they sent me boneless wings when I order bone in. When you call once again, give you the runaround and tell you that you can come pick up a new order or they’ll give you credit next time and every time you use that credit they magically cannot find it. This location is the worst location I’ve ever dealt with.
