We have given this location multiple chances and have had a horrible experience every time. From the service being awful to always being out of the most basic items on the menu. We will now be driving 7 miles down the road to the other location from now on. I highly recommend the store get new management asap.

Cashier was terrible (Wilaine J). Looked like she hated her life and wanted nothing to do with us. Food took forever even though we were the only customers. Played loud horrible rap music off their phones throughout lobby along with lobby music. Horrible horrible horrible Arby’s. Will drive the extra 3 miles to the other Arby’s next time.

Learn how to make a gyro before putting it on your menu. What an absolute disgrace. Effing disgusting! P.S. to the owner. Track down a nice Greek and kindly ask them to train your staff on how to properly prepare a gyro.

tonight I bought 2 reuben sandwiches. Last week I bought 1 for my wife and it was exceptionally good. The ones that I bought tonight, were very disappointing. Firstly, the bread wasn't the type of bread that you make reubens with, the marbled bread, and this bread was actually kind of stale. Secondly, the portion was of meat and kraut was substantially small and they put way too much sauce on. I would have just said that is the way they are made except just the other day I bought onr that was really good. Tonight I spent 15 bucks and got very disappointed

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS

Leaving out to catch a flight I thought Oh nice there is an Arby's close by
Stay as far away from this Place as you can the food is Cold & hard the Manage a Jerk & they Steal from you
Bought the 2 for $6.99 & when I got back to the Hotel, I opened both sandwiches to find 3 slices of meat on 1 sandwich & 1 slice of meat on the Other

Waited in line for over 10 minutes today with no response not even a please hold on one moment. I understand being busy or even short staffed but as someone who’s been in the service industry for quite some time now, communication goes a long way with your guest. Ignoring them is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The food was fine..though 50% of the time it is cold..this was my 3rd visit..in the past 2 months..1 visit was 10 full size sandwiches..to the tune of like 75 dollars..and ALL three times..asked for sauce and NONE was given..
