The food was fine..though 50% of the time it is cold..this was my 3rd visit..in the past 2 months..1 visit was 10 full size sandwiches..to the tune of like 75 dollars..and ALL three times..asked for sauce and NONE was given..

Absolutely amazing, I always enjoy getting the chicken wrap and having the potato cakes back is super cool. The staff are so nice and very accommodating to my request of a plain sandwich. 10/10 will be coming back
Staff is rude, uninterested, slovenly and will bend over backwards to not do their jobs. Management included.
Far and away the worst Arby's I've ever been to, including the ones next to strip clubs and homeless shelters.
Edit: @Arby's response - I already did. Twice. They said its going to take 7-10 business days to refund the order your staff refused to make because they were closing in 20 minutes. AND 7-10 business days to get back to me about my concerns.

Just popped in and had a great experience. The whole property was clean, every table, bathroom, soda machine, employees. Sparkling! The food was made fresh, and was perfectly prepared. Best Arby’s experience in years, will be back. Highly recommend.
