Ordered Uber Eats and was missing literally half of our order. How hard is it to read items off a receipt & put them in a bag. The food we did get was cooked in old grease & thrown together. Never again.

My container of fries was only 2/3 full. The soft drink machine smelled like garbage. The worst was the noise made by the employees. Those taking a break in the dining area, would talk very loudly to those in the kitchen. Almost yelling. The main person that was doing it was the manager discussing hours with the employees.

Ask for my food to be cooked fresh and the manager was rude and nasty. This is not the first time the second or third. Her name is Christina and with a nasty attitude like hers she should not be management at all period. I will be escalating this matter to her DM as well as corporate. However moving forward that was the last time my money gets spent at any of your establishments. ATP seems they put anyone in charge just to have a body in the building. What a waste of money and time spent. And on top of that I sat in the drive thru almost 30 minutes and it was about 15 minutes before they a knowledge me at the soeaker

Order a combo #5 which was supposed to be two cheeseburgers but only gotten one. Couldn't waited around due to have to be at my other job. If I waited any longer, I would have been late.

Over the years this location has struggled, but I just wanted to give a positive shout out for a morale boost to the staff!! The current staff and lady manager on during the evenings are doing a great job! A BK bacon double cheeseburger is the last guilty pleasure I allow myself to have anymore, so naturally it's gotta be good to make it worth my time! Thanks guys for making it fresh and getting it right consistently. All I could say is...don't forget the pickle next time. It was so delicious and hot melty cheese w/ good @ of bacon no pickle mattered this time!! Good job guys!
