This location was great when they first opened, but my last 3 visits have been horrible. Rude and incompetent staff. Cashier barked my total at me when I got to the window. No greeting whatsoever. I finally get home with my food just to discover a cold burger with ZERO toppings despite my receipt saying “the works”. Oh, did I mention the curly black hair sticking out of the burger? So much for food safety. I won’t be back.

The guy taking our order was mumbling the entire time and we couldn’t understand him. Had to ask him to repeat himself about 5-6 times.
We asked for two separate drinks and when he gave them to us, I asked which one was the Dr Pepper and he said he didn’t know and then closed the window. I drank my buddies and we just dealt with it. For $26, I’ll go to publix next time and just get food to cook at home.

We went through the drive-thru & ordered two burger combos. We arrived home & they had managed to miss an entire burger & the coleslaw was actually a 1/4 of the way filled (even though they’ll charge extra). I called & spoke to a manager who said “oh yea they were making it but you guys weren’t here once it was bagged” …well yes because I assumed you would hand me all my food, all 4 items correctly. I had to drive all the way back to get a luke warm burger & no apology. Won’t likely return if this is the customer service given by management.
