We love Culver's! Great food and fast service. You have to have their custard ice cream. It's decent in pricing but higher quality than other fast food. It's one of the few that doesn't give me acid reflux after eating! 🍦🍔🍟
I don’t like how they have you pay, hand you your drink, then make you sit in a parking spot. I don’t mind waiting in the parking spot for the food, but they should bring the fresh drink out when the food is brought to you. Since I rarely drink Coke, I don’t want it watered down. Food is great. Staff is great. Place is clean. Everything great, but that one complaint is a real bugger for me.
When they first opened the customer service was amazing, the people were friendly and eager to provide a good experience. Lately, the employees at drive thru have not been pleasant, their attitude is poor, and they are not friendly and don't try to hide it. The food prep has gone down as well. I ordered a deluxe burger and the pictures below do not do justice to how poorly it was prepared.
