I ordered online.It was supposed to be delivered in thirty minutes. It was delivered two hours later. I called talked to somebody named cody or corey, who laughed at me, and said if you expect your order within an hour, you're crazy. Funny thing is, once every couple of years i will order from domino's, and every single time I regret doing it. I'm absolutely shocked they are still open. The palmetto FL store on 8th is hands down the absolute worst. And has been the decade I have lived here.

Unbelievable 10/28/25 @ 6:17. Letās back up a little bit and start with yesterday when I ordered a pan pizza that was delivered raw so they put a credit on my account today. I called to redeem that and they didnāt know if I was able to put me on hold for over 30 minutes in fact, I live 15 minutes away and got in my car and drove all the way to Dominoās itself in person while still on hold to walk in for the manager to look dumbfounded and look at me like I was stupid. I said say something youāll be able to hear yourself. Iām sure enough you could hear it over the phone how does something like this happen? Iām glad I had a credit to use because they will never get any of my money ever again. I will go elsewhere. Thereās plenty of places to get good pizza in Palmetto.

Pizza is always sooo delicious and just how I like it, never had an issue at this location. Also all the delivery drivers have been so quick and kind but FRED who we most recently had was beyond sweet, his customer service skills was a 10/10.

I ordered a delivery order Friday night according to the tracker it left the store at 7:14pm. Over a hour later my order still did not get delivered yet the app said it was. I called the store I was hung up on 3 times times I called. I finally went to the store and was told it would be atleast 30-45 minutes before they could remake my order. To me that's unacceptable I just had them cancel my order and refund me my money tip and all. I have gotten delivery from this dominoes before many times and have never had any problem. Nothing was done to try and remedy the situation that was acceptable.

I was leaving local charity event late tonight and thought I would just grab a burger from across the street. Then I saw your sign. I remembered you were doing the build your own pizza deal. So I thought hey letās give it a try. Something to bring home whether itās good or not. But wow, you guys did a really great job!! Iām basically got a pizza with all meat types on it and it is so good. Staff are so friendly tonight even though I was there past midnight. I ordered it online and before I even got the heads up to come in the staff came out and let me know it was ready so it was hot and fresh. Thank you guys. It was a great Top off to a wonderful night that raised a lot of money for little kids.
HORRIBLE experience! We were missing 2 pizzas and when we called an incredibly rude woman with an attitude said all I can do is give you a coupon for next order or make two more (we already waited over an hour for first order and had hungry kids we couldnāt wait another hour) so very kindly said no thank you and would appreciate the 2 pizzas refunded. According to her that canāt be done only the whole order which we asked for at that point considering the circumstances and she HUNG UP on us. I was appalled, thankfully the store manager we finally got ahold of after several attempts trying to call back refunded the order but definitely will not be ordering dominoes in the future.

Today I ordered the $9.99 special, and the pizza was very watery, tasted bad, and didn't have enough cheese. It even gave me an abdominal pain. It's the first and last time I'll order from this restaurant. I used to live across town and recently moved to Palmetto, and this place leaves a lot to be desired

Unexpectedly, and pleasantly surprised. We decided to have pizza and I thought Iād try that new pizza that all the commercials are about, Dominoās Stuffed crust pizza. Honestly, my expectations were not very high because I already liked another place but I thought I would try it anyway. Unbelievable. The cheese in the crust stretched about 12 inches. It was soft and wonderful and the crust was just the right amount of crisp, and a little tangy from the Parmesan cheese. I just ordered a random hodgepodge of toppings, Philly steak, ham, onions and mushrooms. It was cooked to perfection. I just really canāt adequately describe how good that pizza was. We also ordered the barbecue wings because the two items were on sale if purchased together There is a five dollar charge to deliver the pizza and I gave him 25% tip, so altogether it wasnāt cheap but the food itself was not expensive either. It was really worth it. You really should try this pizza and wings. The wings were piping hot, juicy, and tasted like a Sweet Baby Rayās barbecue sauce. I donāt usually get wings either. Itās just that they were on sale so we saved $12 between the two. You gotta try it. Trust. It was excellent. Almost forgot. Arrived quickly. And for Friday night that was impressive. I donāt usually give reviews, but this one was extraordinary for a chain pizza place.
