I got the D's burger and it looked exactly like the advertisement! It was tall and stacked high with bacon. Very juicy and flavorful! My companion got pancakes that were as big as the plate and so fluffy!

This is a nice place located in Palmetto, Florida. The food was delicious, the atmosphere just perfect, and the service A+.
I had the opportunity to meet the owner.
She is very nice. She explained about the traditional Turkish coffee ☕️ and she read my cup. The owner is the only one who knows that traditional reading. The coffee gets served in a very small cup with delicious chocolate.

I will definitely try them again if I am doing showings in the area.

I love hidden gems like this place! Totally worth a drive to eat at. They had so many options on the menu, all looked so delicious going to other tables. We ordered breakfast items and all was cooked to perfection and served beautifully. The servers were all very nice, the place was well decorated, the kitchen clean, the tables and sitting area clean, all was just wonderful. I wish we weren't just passing through and could eat there again! Definitely would recommend!

Sandwich was decent, but the fries are absolutely disgusting. They are rockhard and dried out. It’s only 11 AM so I’m pretty sure I got fries re-cooked from yesterday.

Cruised into Palmetto for breakfast at D's. Super clean and welcoming and plenty of space for the four of us. Service was prompt and friendly and our server was D herself. Super smiley and accommodating.
Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and they even brewed more decaf coffee to make sure mine was fresh.
Corn beef has was cooked to request (crispy) but was a small portion. That would be my only criticism of our experience.
I will be back with the bride and/or friends.

I am sitting here in the dining room posting a review because I couldn't wait to share what a truly wonderful meal I just had. The meal was a superb southern comfort food in a delightful atmosphere. I stumbled upon this true jewel and will most definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and stop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You won't be disappointed!

Love the Atmosphere, raw brick walls. Every waitress ready and willing to refill your cup and help you out. First time there, and we will return.

Parking: Plenty of spots, even when busy.

We had breakfast from here this morning. We had biscuit and gravy, corn beef hash, French toast, eggs, and sausgae. Everything was just ok and no syrup was sent for the French toast but we did get 15 packs of ketchup for some reason.

The menu describes their burgers as Legendary so I was expecting the mushroom Swiss burger to at least be decent and similar to picture on menu. Unfortunately, the pattie was clearly from a bag of frozen preshaped ones and had no flavor and a grainy modified soy protein texture. I was expecting a nice crust on the outside like the picture but it was soft and uniform throughout making it remind me of a burger from a little league game where one old guy is throwing frozen patties on the grill. Steak and shake is five star compared to D’s and if I were the owner I would not advertise the mushy burger as legendary if anything it’s common boring and forgettable. I can’t say anything about the side salad except they give you a Ken’s packet of dressing- apparently they are not setup to make salad dressing at this restaurant as it would require mixing several ingredients together. Overall D’s gets a straight D- and is in the words of our dear leader- Sad.
