These guys are rude and d have no idea what they are doing. Who’s managing this location? Just tried to charge me $12 for an iced cappuccino, no paper towels in the bathroom no napkins stocked. They couldn’t even look up to greet people and eventually just what can I get you.

No management whatsoever employees standing around doing nothing. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door they look at you with the blank, stared on their face and on top of that they’ll get your order wrong.

Charged my wife 6$ for 11 munchkins. Never gave receipt, went back in to complain. Untrained and unprofessional staff.
Always ask for receipt and check pricing. This location scams you by charging a few cents here and there hoping you wouldn’t notice.

Food is horrible, I got a loaded hash brown cup and everything was cold but somehow still over cooked, or stale. Staff at the register has attitudes with customers even with the pleasant ones.

asked for a medium macchiato, they gave me it iced and in a small cup when the tag says medium??? not sure if they can’t read or not but i sure can and it said medium.

I was going everyday to this Dunkin. $8 -$12 per day avg spend. The lady making the coffee is terrible. No consistency. She really has an attitude. I don't understand why people hate their work so much. A couple of the young men are very friendly. Poor management of store. Franchisee must be absentee owner.

Horrible customer service reviews from 4 months ago and the manager, owner, or Dunkin corporate refuses to do anything. This is when you know that nobody cares and they just gave up on this business.
Without a doubt, the most saddest and pathetic establishment I've ever walked into. It's the staff. I picked up a dozen donuts and not one person spoke with me. Where's the manager or owner of this franchise? Are these the best employees you could find? I'll never go back. Just a pitiful excuse for a donut shop. Clean that place of every employee and start over.

Worst dunkin in Florida. I go here bc it’s right next to my house and EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up my order! One time I had a regular coffee with cream here and it was SO STALE I had to spit it out. They are so slow.. as I’m sitting here writing this review, they asked me to pull up, and 3 people behind me got their order before me. I seriously hate this Dunkin. Would never recommend to anyone.

I have tried a bunch of different Dunkin’s near Parrish, this location is the only good one. Today I did not feel I got that good experience. I was nice like I always am I asked for an iced cappuccino. They made my order and gave me a frozen Frappuccino. I then told the lady hey I don’t think my team was put in correctly. I told her what it was supposed to be an iced cappuccino. She said I’m so sorry let me remake that for you. So she does and then hands me it again. She hands me a hot cappuccino. She then states she made it a little bigger for me to make up for my wait. The hot cappuccino isn’t even as many ounces as my iced cappuccino. I then go can I have a cup of ice for my drink. Hoping at this point maybe something will click that she made it incorrectly once again. Still nothing seems wrong to her and she hands me a small cup of ice for my coffee. I then go home put my cappuccino over ice in a bigger cup than what she gave me. I got to drink it and there was no sweetener in it like I have specifically asked for. No matter how nice you are you still won’t get your drink right. It didn’t get me better service. I paid someone to make my coffee correctly and I didn’t even receive what I asked for. Note I told her I had a milk allergy and she added cream I will post a picture of what she gave me and ran up my order as because I hope this never happens to anyone.

Mason (I think that’s his name. It’s 6am on 6/2/24) was so sweet to us. It’s 6 in the morning and he has such a great attitude for it to be this early. He also thanked my husband for his service and I was like how did you know? And he said he saw the Navy Federal card. Very observant. He must be a military kid himself. So respectful!
