I was at Publix and thought about buying donuts, but then decided I wanted some “really good” donuts. I drove 15 minutes to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts (which is in Palmetto). I cashed out at 8:10 am (early morning) and was immediately waited on. All went well, until I got home. The doughnuts were stale!! Obviously left over from the day before. Not sure if all the chains are doing this, but hugely disappointed. If I’m buying doughnuts at 8 am from a doughnut shop - I would expect them to be fresh and not left over from the night before!!

While parked out front before going inside, last evening between 6:40 pm and 7:15 pm, my husband and I witnessed 3 teenage boys running around all over the inside and throwing what appeared to be a wadded up ball of paper to resemble a baseball. Jumping over and beneath the handrails. They also went to the teenage male employee who had dark, quite fluffy hair and was laughing along with these teens, and were given donuts in a bag, that they did Not pay for. They ate them while continuing to run all over the place. My husband nor I felt comfortable going inside and dealing with this apparently acceptable behavior by the employees & rowdy teens. Completely inappropriate management of employees. I imagine there is a reason for not having a phone # listed. I wanted to speak with management, but this isn't an option. This took place what we witnessed 25 minutes, though they were already inside when we pulled up. By the time we left they came out, got on their bikes with the fluffy hair employee outside also, waving them goodbye. We are appalled and would NEVER return.

Understaffed, place was a disaster, half the computer systems didn't work, food was heavily picked over but so understaffed no one to make more!! Staff that was there was hanging on by a thread neither positive nor negative... just hanging on. They need some major help at this location!!!

I tried getting a sandwich with no bacon due to religious reasons and they wouldn’t let me substitute it for anything else. It has been an issue here lately for whatever reason. Not sure why they can’t accommodate. The lady was also rude about it, awful customer service.

They are so slow and do not have a sense of offering great customer service. Please try a little harder don’t be so standard like every other Dunkin’ Donuts for god’s sake! Ugh.

I was just refused a large refresher, with No ice because it hurts my teeth...they said I had to have ice...I told them I can't have ice...would not budge so guess they lost a sale...

Donut size has gotten smaller, paying premium prices for filled donuts with minimal filling. Better off going to local donut stores for better quality and better customer experience

The drive thru takes 20+ minutes. They go one single car at a time. They cannot work on multiple orders at a time, but everything is still wrong.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I’ve given them three chances, and every single time the drive-thru has taken 20–25 minutes- no exaggeration. They only take one car at a time and don’t even begin the next order until the previous car has completely left. It’s unlike anything I’ve experienced at any other location. Save yourself the wait. And to make matters worse, I found a large disgusting thick HAIR in my sandwich and when I went in they acted like they could care less and didn’t even apologize!

Made a mobile app order and waited 30 mins in line at the drive thru. 30 minutes. I’m not sure why they even gave a drive true at this point. Food is always Cold and never ready

The line here is always long, because they literally don’t know what there doing inside. 30 mins waiting is crazy! Not to mention they will make stuff wrong half the time!
