Whoever the dark headed skinny boy employee with gauges in his ears are. Needs an attitude adjustment.
Spent over 5 minutes in the speaker.
So we pulled up to the window, since no one responded. We had a mobile order.
He proceeds to tell us we need to pull back around bc he did respond to us..... in fact he didnt.
He was so high strung and pissy with my husband for absolutely NO REASON.

Went to get a coffee this morning. The car line was backed up because no one was taking orders through the drive-through. Upon going inside, the cashier was actively making fun of customers ahead of me. When it came for me to check out, it seemed as they were on a substance and not entirely there. When I got my drink, it was made completely wrong but with the correct label. It was nearly half milk with no syrups or sugar.

Placed an online order Saturday 6/28 and arrived at 11 to the drive thru. Waited about 15 minutes in line, which was no big deal since there were about 5 cars ahead of me. Pulled up to the window and was handed my order. Moved from the window to pull over and check my order and was missing a wrap and both hash browns that had been ordered. Parked and went inside where I informed an associate who took my order back. Waited another 15 mins and then asked to speak to a manager who informed me that they were others ahead of me and they were short staffed. I said I understood but that I had already been waiting half an hour and that my order had been incorrect to begin with. I was then informed that the staff was new and I stated the order was on the bag slip so I wasn’t sure what the problem was. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and told me that if I couldn’t be patient she would call the cops. She then proceeded to shout to her employees to stop all orders and make mine priority. A young man came over and asked what my order had been and I explained it to him. He said he would handle it. After a few minutes I heard her asking them did you triple check that the order is correct? I was then handed my order. I checked it again and this time realized that I was missing 2 wraps. I called the manager back over who then informed me that she had been working 19 days in a row and she “wasn’t doing this” over wraps. That this wasn’t a 5 star restaurant, it was Dunkin Donuts. I asked for a refund and she said she would need my phone to see the app that I had placed the order on. I went and got my phone and went back in where she advised that she would handle my refund after the customers in line because “they were there before me”. I waited and when I got to the register she stated that she would need my card. I went back out and got my card and again went in and waited in line. As I was standing in line other customers told me that I should get her name and call corporate. I advised them that she wouldn’t give it to me but the young man that remade my order had told me. She then yelled over the customers in line back to me to stop talking to her customers to which another customer said to her “just stop. You’re doing too much. You shouldn’t be acting like this as a manager.” That customer then threatened to leave if she didn’t stop acting how she was. I finally got up and received the receipt for my refund. This was at 11:55. All of that nonsense took an hour and I still left without my order. This was the first time I have been to this store and I will never return. The sign out front states under new management. The managers name is Emily and it looks like they need to keep searching for the right fit.

I keep asking them are they’re hiring and they keep telling me no cause I have two body teenagers at home but it literally takes them 15/20 minutes to service you from the drive-through to get your food line be long. They move slow or they don’t have enough staff I don’t know what the problem is And the food will be cold. By the time I get it and mind you I do mobile orders. Whoever owns the location needs to hire new management

The ice cream freezer was half empty. Very few options. The praline pecans in my ice cream were squishy, and it was the smallest single scoop ice cream cone I've had in my life. Very disappointed.

Terrible service, we waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes at the window and gave us the wrong order twice before we got our order correct. Never leave bad reviews but this was over the top ridiculous. We went Sunday May 25th at 11:30am. I am truly appalled at how horrible this interaction was.

Do not come, Absolutely terrible staff, they sounded drunk while they took our order, and when we wanted to put specific things in our order they started to shout and act like monkeys, absolutely trash.

My son and I went in this evening around 7pm and were greeted by Donte. He worked with my son who wanted to try several different flavors. Zero negative attitude and was very helpful.

Davion made sure to thank us for coming in before we left. What really took me by storm was he stopped cleaning the walls to make eye contact and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. A+++

I work right next door and have been to this Dunkin 6 times and they have only gotten my order right once. I went today and they messed up my order twice (sesame bagel with cheese) and was late to work going back a 3rd time getting my order fixed. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to

I hardly ever leave reviews and I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative one before, but this place is inconsistent and has been pretty bad lately. I always order ahead on the app, and once in awhile the wait time isn’t too bad; on average I get a macchiato &/or a breakfast sandwich and today I waited about a half hour to pick up my order with no one acknowledging the presence of myself or others waiting. Plus, whoever made my sandwich got the order wrong the last 2 out of 3 times I’ve ordered it.

Someone in the waiting area earlier mentioned that the employees always seem new, or like they’re not sure what they’re doing. Sigh… 😑
