I wish I can do 0 stars. This food is so disgusting, so cold, nasty soggy. Greasy $13 down the drain. Because like any other hard working citizen. I had to return to work so I was already waiting in the line. For a good amount of time for them to park me. Forget that I even had an order. Give me the wrong doughnuts. I ordered a mocha ice coffee all That I am tasting is pure sugar grit? Is this a April Fools' prank Because I'm really not understanding why. Is this place still in business! I really really want my money back

I was here about a week ago I felt extremely bad for the staff the manager Lindsey was yelling at the employees and just completely disrespectful.. and this is the second time I have seen her act completely Unprofessional, the staff are always leaving or not showing up to work.. and I don't blame them because who would want to go to work with a boss like that??? I hope they find new management soon!

The coffee is always good and the customer service is spectacular. But some things shouldn't be on the menu. Like the sourdough sandwich. It was so dry I nearly choked on it. literally 2 dry eggs non melted cheese and dry bacon. No sauce like fr.. 7/11 frozen sandwiches got it beat. I like the coffee but may not return because the food was literally that terrible

Dunkin' donuts is to go to national chain for coffee donuts in the area. They offer in store and mobile ordering. This location has a Baskin-Robbins on the inside. The staff are friendly and efficient. They have a compact parking lot, but this location is adjacent to a shopping plaza and there is lots of free parking there.
James & Saul are awesome! Attentive, repeated order to be sure correct. Store and bathroom kept clean. Upon next visit Lindsey on the ball too.I had; Bacon Maple Croissant (a 1st), and Caramel Ice Latte, both tasty.I've been within Customer Service 48yrs, Hospitality over 20yrs, delivery/logistics 38yrs. Making Mobile Delivery pick up orders never a hassle

The woman that works there doesn’t know how to treat people. She doy know how to talk with their coworkers in front of the customers. She doesn’t know how to split the the orders and just put the Uber eats orders or DoorDash at last. Sad, is very disappointing.

Typically I don't have the best experiences with dunkin, but today the app glitched when I made an order and when I tried to order at the ellenton location, the app defaulted to palmetto. I ended up driving to palmetto and explained the situation. They were originally unsure of how to proceed being the order has been sitting for 20 min. Even though they were hesitant at first when I requested for them to remake it, (I understand because it's lost inventory for something that wasn't their mistake), they remade everything for me. I truly appreciate their help, being that I'm a mom of multiple kids that didn't get a chance to eat breakfast this morning and it's almost lunch time now, they made my coffee and food fresh for me. Thank you so so much! It made my day <3
