Not sure how one does it but this place removed the flavor out of everything. Even the bottle of hot sauce on the table had less flavor than ketchup. Carnitas chunks were like 75% fat and still lacked any flavor. The chips were homemade and fairly good but the salsa is like a can of tomato paste and water. The beans lacked flavor, the rice was like shredded cardboard. Avoid this unless you lost your sense of taste years ago. But for dessert you can add the super unfriendly waitress.

No No No!!!!!!! Service was very SLOW / Margaritas were terrible the worst ever. I got the BIRRIA Tocos they were not good and the BIRRIA dipping sauce was like water, and had no flavor Tables are falling apart.

Ruby was our server and she was amazing. Her recommendations were great. We had the queso as a starter and the steak burritos and chicken quesadillas. Some of the best food we had in a long time. They told us all about their events and we will definitely be back. definitely recommend if you're in the area or need a place to eat after a day of shopping!

Food was great when I went there a couple of years back. I was in town for the holiday months and the food was mediocre. Horrible service both times I've gone. There needs to be some sort of leadership established. It seems like the servers just do whatever they want. There's potential in this restaurant, but I've been to way better Mexican restaurants in the area. I don't recommend this place at all.

Don’t let the outside of this place scare you off! I pulled into the parking lot and almost left but I am so glad I didn’t! Food and margaritas were amazing!
Their food was outstanding, The atmosphere was just beautiful. The server was very accommodating to us. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

OMG!!! New favorite authentic Mexican restaurant!! The food was so amazing, you could tell they cook the chips themselves. My waitress, Bonnie, was amazing!! She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I would totally go again with mi amigos next time!!

This place used to be a family favorite, is been a few months but we finally made it back there and I was disappointed. I understand the prices going up but why cut the chillies rellenos in half? Is a meal is supposed to be a whole stuffed pepper and they made 1 then sliced in length wise and made it 2 dishes for our table. I was excited to be back but very disappointed in the way they played our food and the temperature of everyone's food was different but she said careful is very hot and only the plate was hot. Not sure I'll be back...

This place is the best Mexican food I’ve had in all of st Pete/ tampa / Bradenton / sarasota. Don’t let the outside fool you!
