Visiting with family and love Thai food, eat it frequently and consider myself a connoisseur. The food is fresh and flavorful. The menu is expensive and everything our party ordered was delicious.

This place used to be on point! Now Service was subpar and they changed the Volcano role with some very dark fish that was not very appealing!

The sushi was very good, but the presentation was not. The service from two servers was cold and robotic (not one smile). My husband and I have been going there for years, but will not return after tonight.

I have eaten here many many times and wanted to bring my friend here before she left for NJ, because this Thai restaurants happened to be one of my favorites. I really don't know what the problem was but I felt like an orphan regarding my meal. Between the server, not the waitress, I was regarded with little respect. I ordered the cucumber salad and there were no tomatoes. Server told me and argued that I ordered it that way. I didn't. My friends who put their order in much earlier did though. I hadn't a clue how they ordered, since they ordered before I arrived and was served when I got seated. I ordered Massaman which was yellow looking. I told the same person if it was made with yellow curry, instead of red? She told me that is how it is made. Well, I've been eating that dish for about 15 years at many Thai restaurants in NYC, NJ, and all over Florida and it's the first I have ever had it with yellow curry. Server offer to return the dish. I give her kudos for that. Then we sat for about 10-15 minutes waiting for the server or waitress to ask us if we wanted anything else and give us boxes for our leftovers. They were busy talking and not paying attention to the tables. At this point of the evening it was 8 pm and not very busy. Last night's dinner was a disappointment. Not so much for the incorrectly made meal, but for the attitude.

Two of us ordered General Tso's chicken. The breading on the chicken pieces was not completely cooked so it was mushy and awful. They charge a pretty high dollar for the level of quality that they deliver. Palmetto definitely needs a better option than this place. Not worth the money.

Called in advance as my usual place (Demi’s Noodle House) was closed. Told me they had vegan options. Sat down, asked what on the menu could be made vegan was told nothing, it all has fish sauce or oyster sauce. Left.
We got take out from here for the first time, it was amazing. So delicious and flavorful, best outcome for a first time try. Will definitely order again!

I eat sushi at least once a week. Florida isn’t great for sushi but I’ve never been to a sushi restaurant where I couldn’t finish my meal. Moreover, I just got plain salmon based rolls. The salmon was so fishy, I couldn’t handle it. At half of both rolls and had to throw it out. Dipping sauce dish was also dirty. Pad Thai was okay though.
