Middle of the road..used to be my go to pizza place..couldn't beat it for the money..last few years..has sliden downhill..messed up orders..thin on toppings..the manager..is very brusque..just ask him..he knows everything.. :0)

A simple call to get the price of the buffet...routed to India, then back to store, to be left on hold.....I feel like the customer experience is their last concern. Please, since you cant answer the phone, you can save the canned manager response about how my comments are taken into consideration, and you care about the customer. 5:10pm on a Sunday, 11 minutes on hold...buffet price is a secret now? So sad, but, they are telling the customer how much they dont care....hanging up now, after 12 minutes on hold....notice manager response, cant even answer, what is the price for the buffet. Used to be a great business....Bye, Bye

I have lived in Palmetto my whole life and we have enjoyed this particular location for many years! Done is great. I absolutely hate the answering service that we are required to call to place take out orders through now! There is a language barrier, our order has been wrong multiple times now, the folks don’t know the menu and it is impersonal. I have tried to just call the store to place an order but they have refused to take it that way. I felt compelled to leave a review after that. The old way was way better when you could place the order at the restaurant. That’s all.

They used to sell their pizza rolls but now they o ly have it available for the buffet ? my mom and I literally can't eat that much so it wouldn't make sense to pay for the buffet if I can't even eat half a plate and neither can she. That's like the only thing we liked there. Please bring it back for take out!
