Terrible service!!! Phone system is awful. Promised delivery within 45 minutes and we have waited OVER AN HOUR and just now the pizza is on its way. Finally arrived 80 minutes later and pizza was cold and not very good. Will not use you again!!

Ordered for pick up & the pizza was overcooked and dry! Barely any sauce even the kids didn’t like it. If it wasnt for the wings being decent I would have given 1 star. Waste of $70

Ordered delivery from here for the first times was told 30-40 minutes for delivery. Over an hour later I call and I’m told they use door dash for delivery now because the owner is too cheap to hire drivers and they didn’t have a driver yet so they made my pizza and it’s just sitting there waiting for a driver. I cancelled that order, placed another for pick up and go to the store. At that time, a driver for the cancelled order showed up because the employees didn’t feel the needed to tell the driver beforehand so he drove all the way there for nothing. Bad place and won’t order here again
Their Detroit style pizza is their best pizza - Jets, like other top chains, can be beat by pizzerias but not by many other chains.

Person taking orders needs retrained. Order a thin crust, was told it's hand tossed. Had a coupon, was told could use it. Get to the store can't use the coupon & nobody wants to discuss it. Should have left & bought a pizza from publix. Would have been cheaper & tasted better. The thin crust is more like frozen, Not Hand Tossed!

Hadn’t had Jets for awhile decided to get and my thin crust pizza was so dried out and had zero flavor. My husband’s 8 corner was over done and all meat was so dried out. Our so son’s 8 corner was perfect so not sure how that happened. Will be awhile before we are back.
