This is the worst Little Caesars around they never have the cheese pizza nor do they have the cheese crazy puffs so I keep walking out eventually I'm not going to go back and try again because I'm not going to wait 30 minutes for them to make these items that are supposed to be hot and ready pretty crappy offer when you never stuck what the people want

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Undercooked my crazy bread and used the wrong toppings. Additionally after entering and lingering by the counter after ordering online, it took around 5-10mins to even be acknowledged. When acknowledged a young black woman asked me if I had ordered and then said “okay” before going in the back. It took another 5 minutes before another employee pulled my food from the warmer, where it had been the whole time.

Gave us cold pizza and it wasn't even cut all the way . My son was too hungry to care but still. You want me to pay almost 8 or more dollars for messed up food , no thanks .

Late night pizza craving? Hell yea! Jumped out the airport and down towards Bradenton to my hotel and BAM pizza pizza was open!
This specific location is a joke especially at night! Every time I come in the restroom is always locked because the manager can’t find the key reminder this should be a health validation poor employees don’t even have a restroom in this location used to be my favorite since manager changed this store has not been the same I try to come in the morning more since the night shift is a joke and give out hard old pizzas and when I ask to speak to the manager she couldn’t even give me a proper reason to why the restroom is always locked and pizza is hard she didn’t even offer me a new one and suggest I go somewhere else if I have. A problem. I can’t even get a soda for the last month they had no soda in the cooler this is absolutely ridiculous do better management morning shift is doing really good and I feel sorry for the workers you have

Placed on online order on 6/17 for delivery. Once it was past the expected delivery time I then received notice it was cancelled. Way to put a family out when waiting on dinner. That's frustrating enough but now I see the money was still taken out of my account. I need my money back Little Caesars! Transaction Reference #391627752
Did a pick up order on Sunday night, June 1, 2025, I ordered two thin crust pizzas they failed to call us to tell us that they do not have any thin crust so my husband went to go pick it up. That’s when they decided to tell him so we paid for thin crust just to get regular pizzas and on top of that ordered a combo breadstick which means you’re supposed to get sauce with it and they fell to give us our sauce so I also paid extra for that to get nothing I was robbed tonight from this crew

This place does not give you your drinks when you do a pick up order via locker. Once they are available to come to you upfront they just make you grab them on the way out and they don't even have the ones you requested (MTN dew mango rush). Also, sinnce no one is up front because of how busy they are making pizzas, it is so hard to get serviced.
