The energy and fun the team has when I am picking up my order is the perfect environment after a hard day's work. They're all working hard, having fun while making the best pizza. Tonight's custom veggie that Logan created was by far my favorite pizza EVER!

This the 2nd time in 30 days we have ordered 2 lg pizzas.both of the cheese only pizzas were totally burnt. The second time it cut the roof of my mouth it was so TOUCH AND BURNT. YOUR PRICES ARE UP,YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES ARE UP AND THE QUALITY OF YOUR PIZZAS ARE WORSE THAN EVER. TO TOP IT ALL OFF WHEN I CALLED AFTER 2 TRIPS OF PIZZAS DELIVERED THE SUPPOSEDLY SAID HE Was the manager he hung up on me during Mr complaint...say goodbye to marcos unless you want to feed the horses and cows...

I had no idea it was a chain because it tasted like the corner pizza joints I k ow and love. The service is top notch and loved meeting the owners who are local to the community. this is what i call customer service, came in after a long shift to pick up some pizza for my siblings and i and i checked the boxes and i saw that my cheesy bread was a little overcooked and i was missing saucing, however they were super accommodating took care of it remade the bread in less than 10 mins, gave all the right sauces and even brought it out to my car, i will definitely always choose marcos for the food and service.

That level of customer service really stood out. On top of that, the whole staff was very friendly—they greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel welcome. Excellent service and great people!

Ordered a Hot Honey Magnifico for pickup but received a plain pepperoni instead. Logan, the manager, was super helpful—offered to remake it or give us a credit. We chose the credit and they let us keep the pizza. Great customer service and very understanding.
