Tried to give this location a chance after failures of the past same ole crappy service I was parked for 2 Double Cheeseburgers and a Large fry which is fine, dozens of cars went through the drive thru after me, they forgot about me, so I went in and they handed me a bag of ice ice cold food. Get a clue people such a bad operation at this location. NEVER AGAIN

Visited after the new building opened and wow what a mess. The drive through signs were turned sideways. I waited 13 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers and a double quarter pounder.

When I received the order, there was no straws, napkins or condiments. I went inside to grab the things they forgot. The inside is very dystopian and industrial. McDonald’s isn’t the happy play place it used to be. Darn shame.

While at McDonald’s at 699 10th St E Palmetto, FL 34221 at 1:15pm. I ordered 2 mcchicken meals off the 5 dollar menus. I understand that mistakes happen but when I got to the window. I was not greeted and was told to get back in line to fix the mistake they made. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was just as rude. I told her that I have hearing problems and she said oh well you have to get back in line. I felt humiliated and dismissed by her and her crew. As a manager myself I would never speak to my customers or guest like that. I would suggest that it be more training in how to handle customers. This is clearly unacceptable and inappropriate in customer service.

This McDonald's is part of the problem. I was excited about the new redesign and update to this store. My excitement quickly faded once I got inside. McDonald's has taken away the self serve drink counter and the napkin dispenser. I suppose they'll save a few dollars a year doing this. But they have lost me as a customer. Late stage capitalism is not serving the customer it's about extracting resources as perfectly as possible. They do send staff out on occasion and I suppose you can ask one of them to grab a few napkins and maybe {I didn't try} for a refill. Though I've heard this is part of the strategy about taking free refills and charging for them soon. McDonald's has lost its soul. It's nothing more than a cash grab. They won't pretend it's anything else. The future is here and it's a dystopia. Good luck my fellow humans!

Went there today messed up one part of my order even though the lady read it back it me the way i ordered it. The other part of my order was wrong and waiting over 22 mins in the drive through. I get home I ordered a large and had to repay a 5 dollar difference and still got a med this place is stupid.

I figureda brand new place wouldnt have any problems but WOW. They completely messed up my entire order and gave me items that werent mine. Mind you the recipe was on the bag with my order and i was the only person in the location so theres no way they mixed it up with someone else. They messed everything up from not including a straw to giving me the wrong items for everything i purchased. If i could give u guys 0 stars i would.

Never going back again. Get better staff.

If this Palmetto location rebuild is the new future of McDonald’s, they better get ready to close, and I mean company wide. This redesign is confusing and not very customer friendly. From what I saw there were only two self serve kiosks and one was down. The counter help apparently was training. The trainer was not much help. They apparently decided to take all the extra contents out of the dining area such as napkins, ketchup packets, salt, pepper, etc. The counter is just a huge whole where the cashier stands and takes your order. To the right is some shelves where your food is left with your order number taped to the bag. Like I said, confusing and not customer friendly. I tried to order a bacon double cheeseburger and I was looked at like I had two heads. Given a choice of a bacon McDouble or order a double cheeseburger with bacon. The bacon McDouble came out with no bacon. I had to order a double quarter pounder with bacon. My large order of fries was half empty and warm. I don’t know folks, you tell me.

I went through drive threw and ordered and when i pulled of i grabbed my food and noticed my fries were cold and half way full and i went back and let the manager know and i was very nice and respectful instead of giving me new fries and apologizing for the inconvenience she snatched the fry and had a attitude and told me to pull to the next window i then asked for a refund and let her know that i was a manager for the Rodriguez franchise and told her i would be talking to her general manager i will not be going back to this McDonald’s

Now that they torn down and rebuilt a this new McDonalds, the burgers are thinner and more expensive I used to order off the dollar menu burgers for my family and stunned 2 thin burgers were over $4. I ordered other food for the rest of the family, and used to love coming to McDonalds for a family treat every weekend. NO MORE. I feel insulted by the greed. Menu boards weren’t even working and if I’d seen the new dollar menu prices I would of never ordered
