Tried to give this location a chance after failures of the past same ole crappy service I was parked for 2 Double Cheeseburgers and a Large fry which is fine, dozens of cars went through the drive thru after me, they forgot about me, so I went in and they handed me a bag of ice ice cold food. Get a clue people such a bad operation at this location. NEVER AGAIN

Visited after the new building opened and wow what a mess. The drive through signs were turned sideways. I waited 13 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers and a double quarter pounder.

When I received the order, there was no straws, napkins or condiments. I went inside to grab the things they forgot. The inside is very dystopian and industrial. McDonald’s isn’t the happy play place it used to be. Darn shame.

While at McDonald’s at 699 10th St E Palmetto, FL 34221 at 1:15pm. I ordered 2 mcchicken meals off the 5 dollar menus. I understand that mistakes happen but when I got to the window. I was not greeted and was told to get back in line to fix the mistake they made. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was just as rude. I told her that I have hearing problems and she said oh well you have to get back in line. I felt humiliated and dismissed by her and her crew. As a manager myself I would never speak to my customers or guest like that. I would suggest that it be more training in how to handle customers. This is clearly unacceptable and inappropriate in customer service.

This McDonald's is part of the problem. I was excited about the new redesign and update to this store. My excitement quickly faded once I got inside. McDonald's has taken away the self serve drink counter and the napkin dispenser. I suppose they'll save a few dollars a year doing this. But they have lost me as a customer. Late stage capitalism is not serving the customer it's about extracting resources as perfectly as possible. They do send staff out on occasion and I suppose you can ask one of them to grab a few napkins and maybe {I didn't try} for a refill. Though I've heard this is part of the strategy about taking free refills and charging for them soon. McDonald's has lost its soul. It's nothing more than a cash grab. They won't pretend it's anything else. The future is here and it's a dystopia. Good luck my fellow humans!

Went there today messed up one part of my order even though the lady read it back it me the way i ordered it. The other part of my order was wrong and waiting over 22 mins in the drive through. I get home I ordered a large and had to repay a 5 dollar difference and still got a med this place is stupid.

I figureda brand new place wouldnt have any problems but WOW. They completely messed up my entire order and gave me items that werent mine. Mind you the recipe was on the bag with my order and i was the only person in the location so theres no way they mixed it up with someone else. They messed everything up from not including a straw to giving me the wrong items for everything i purchased. If i could give u guys 0 stars i would.

Never going back again. Get better staff.
