The restraunt is on the 8th floor allowing for spectacular views of the Manatee River. It’s been open 1 month. Hostess & servers were attentive. Presentation of the food was lovely. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect walking into the hotel, which is beautifully decorated and clean. We were greeted by a very friendly and bubbly hostess before being escorted into the elevator with a cheery “enjoy your trip to Oyster river” which felt like an amazing , yet whimsical touch.
