Always the best in customer service! Unlike other places, we frequent this place always has the attention to detail on lockdown! The special instructions are on point and they know I like the crushed red pepper and Parmesan, which never gets forgotten. I placed an online order like I do every other week. I was missing 1/2 of what I ordered. Called. In they said they would remake order. Then they called me back and accused me of lying said they would not make it right and hung up. Very disrespectful. Then called back again and supervisor hung up on me. Poor service. Had to go to hungry Howies to get food to eat. They just lost a regular customer

Ordered over phone at a call center. Everything worked out great, picked hot and fresh pizza 15 minutes later. Walked in and out of restaurant, which was very clean and friendly staff . Gave coupon code over phone. supreme pizza and pepperoni 24 bucks

Delivered me a pizza that had baby roaches coming out of the box! Threw it backoutside where it belonged! The door dasher stole some of my items i ordered as well. Called them to correct the issue and they immediately got unprofessional with their piss poor customer service skills instead of handling and apologizing about the situation.
