This place isn't what it used to be. Food is dry, the limes are juiceless, and the flavor isn't there either. Just paid $35 to still be hungry afterwards. They even cop an attitude if you ask for more hot sauce. You folks can do better than this....

Excellent food. They are not cooking for the white people at this spot. The enchiladas with the grilled chicken was bomb. The steak was also legit, had gorditas and sopes. Finally found a legit spot close by.

This is genuine Mexican food! They even have $1 taco Tuesdays which you cannot go wrong with! Enjoyed the gordita but loved the Mole and the chicken enchiladas. Atmosphere is not great but the food is amazing so even if you get takeout you should!!!! So

This place is legit! If you want authentic Mexican food at an amazing price, definitely stop in. Their street tacos (steak and chicharron) are to die for. The woman who takes the orders is very nice too! Will be back.

Food is delicious! The best around! The ambience could be better. It's kind of a hole in the wall walk up kind of place, which is fine. We paid at the counter and they prompt you for a tip, which I did. However there was then NO service.. we had to get our own trays and carry them to the table, bus our own table, ask for plates, ask for our missing drinks, and things like that. I was wrangling 3 kids, including a toddler, it would have been so helpful if they had brought our food out to the table, especially considering we spent like 80 bucks at this place including 20% tip. What was the tip for? The lady working the counter was not friendly and seemed annoyed. Also, other yelp reviews say it's kid friendly however there are no high chairs. There was a lot of stuff my kids ate (food was amazing!) but If you go there bring a stroller or booster for you kid to sit. Excellent food but service needs improvement.

Great taco place for the locals who know about it.
We were traveling through the area and happened to stop here for a late lunch and OMG. This is literally the best, authentic Mexican food I have had in a long time and maybe ever! The beans and fresh guacamole are to die for. The burrito and a few tacos also delicious and on top of that the service was friendly and knowledgeable. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stop here again.

Great tacos, great service! The aquas frescas are AMAZING, a must try, the melon is my favorite. Tacos are a dollar on tuesdays and are the exact tacos you'll get any other day of the week, they even include cheese on the $1 tacos. Great place and my family will continue to eat here!
