When it comes to cooking healthy, time is always an issue. So, when I found Power Meals, it was a wonderful alternative and it has not only saved me hours of time in the kitchen, it has provided me a healthier alternative with a tastier menu. I not only love my pre-prepped meals, but their dressings and cookies are awesome as well. If you are in the Palmetto or Lakewood Ranch area we highly recommend you give Power Meals a try, you will be thankful you did.
I love this place. It's helping me so much. The food is healthy. I no longer have that nagging voice in my head telling me to eat better.
