Ordered a foot long and the bread was so thin and small. Definitely not the usual size. The staff preparing my sandwich was very rude and didn't listen to my instructions. When I told him I didn't want cucumbers he said so you watch me do it and then you tell me. I said I already told you earlier. He just seemed angry and rude. Terrible experience

Went in on 12/5 at 530pm and this black young guy with a face mask took our order. We Ordered 3 icees and damn near spent $10. Only to not have them fill to the dome. He claimed they don’t fill to the lid because the lid isn’t sturdy? We get icees here every week… and NEVER had this issue. But whatever…. Then we get our icees and he doesn’t even fill it to the rim of the actual cup. Once confronted about it he couldn’t help us and told us he’s “sorry for you not understanding I can’t fill it” …. This kid was a complete joke .

We waited until 9:45 yesterday 9/29/25 to order our food the lady there kept walking outside and wouldn’t open the restaurant we stood there from 9 am until 9:45 and finally gave up and didn’t get to order our food. Very unprofessional she just walked right past us as we stood there beside the bars.

Ordered online but had to endure a 20 minute wait time due to the management here thinking only one sandwich maker is a good idea at 2PM. The employee was unfortunately swamped for my wait time, making me lowest priority. He worked fast and was respectful despite it all however.

I have 4 employees, we are from Orlando and is the first time here, take them to eat, I was ordering and manager approach to them and tell them to leave, She did a profile racial.. Said that we where there before. People around see everything and said is not the first time that she does that. She. Call the police trying to do trespassing.. Police was very nice and understood the situation.

When I leave work heading home I stop to get a sandwich so I do not have to cook when I get home several times now when I have stopped and stand in line around 8:30pm and then I’m told the pos is down can not make sandwiches I don’t know if they don’t know how to restart the pos or if they are needing new ones or if I need to find somewhere else. This has happened about 4 times now in a month. Please fix your system or have a backup plan.

Short version- don’t order here and place needs a health inspection.
Accidentally online ordered at this location inside Walmart. No one available for online orders. I waited for 10 minutes for the one worker to finish making a customer order (2 wraps), staff didn’t acknowledge me. But then told a lady behind me that “she (me) isn’t in line” lady behind me explained she was an online ordered and got her food. I said I’m an online ordered too, they handed me a bag and walked away.
I get home and 2 out of 4 orders are wrong. Really glad I even tipped ahead of time.
Never going back and the store is filthy

Would honestly give no stars if i could, Im not one to write reviews but after a hectic shopping trip i stopped in to get two footlongs. Was barley any meat or any toppings the sandwiches were extremely thin and still managed to pay $28 for two sandwiches. Employees barley said anything to us. Our sandwiches were left on the counter and never told have a nice night your all set nothing. Wish i wouldve known before i spent almost $30 on 2 sandwiches with nothing on them. But id be wrong to ask for more meat or extra toppings

Worker didn’t ask what kind of cheese after I seen the yellow cheese on my steak I said can I get provolone? that isn’t what I wanted . The worker stated yes for a extra charge I said she didn’t even ask what kind of cheese I wanted like what the heck.. then I said 2 drinks because I am sick I do not share drinks with my mother the lady made as walk back after walking away and paid for my cup that I told her I wanted from the beginning. Rude customer service what’s the point in getting subway if you can’t order what you really want

Stopped in to buy some groceries with a plan on getting subway for dinner. The associate told me and another couple they were out of bread and wraps. At 9 pm. They close at 10 pm. How does a sandwich place run out of bread. This is the second time this has happen to me at this location at the same time of night. Walmart should replace this franchise with something else.

I came in to order a 6inch cold cut combo. The girl making sandwiches said they didn't have any cold cuts. They were out of most items. So I was looking at the menu and she came out with a rolled up thing of cold cut for my sandwich and she proceeds to make it and made me a footlong instead of a 6-in which normally wouldn't be a big deal. But I wanted a 6-in to do a deal and when she got to the register and bring me up for the foot long I said it was supposed to be a 6in. She just looked crazy and didn't care.. so it was supposed to be a 6.99 meal deal ended up being over $13 because the girl wanted to make me a footlong instead of a 6in like I asked.
