When I leave work heading home I stop to get a sandwich so I do not have to cook when I get home several times now when I have stopped and stand in line around 8:30pm and then I’m told the pos is down can not make sandwiches I don’t know if they don’t know how to restart the pos or if they are needing new ones or if I need to find somewhere else. This has happened about 4 times now in a month. Please fix your system or have a backup plan.
The customer service is awesome. The wait is never to long , I actually get to sit in and enjoy the environment. They get you in and out and talk with all the customers from finish to the end. I love eating here
