"You don't have to be so condescending." That was the response I received from this bakery when I called to express my displeasure with a $345 cake I was excitedly anticipating for days. This was the business' response to me as a paying customer when I was told 'I think my design looked better anyway' after I stressed that the given cake was not anything like the photo examples sent- not only was it poor quality with 0 quality control, but it simply wasn't what I paid for. The 'cake baker' took self-admitted creative liberties with my requested design only to tell me her design looked better. I was paying for a product to my specifications and my preferences- not that of the 'baker.' The 'baker' did give me some terribly insincere apologies, but apparently all dissatisfied customers are 'condescending.' How dare I insult HER design on MY cake. Soft skills are clearly lacking here and I would recommend some retraining on the importance of treating paying customers with some respect. Thankfully, I was not a paying customer as the bakery did fully refund the $345 paid in full- but I still deserve some respect.PS: Shout out to the Publix on Buffalo Rd for their AMAZING customer service and willingness to help me when this bakery left me sorely disappointed.

We did the sea salted caramel cake (soo good!) and we did a desert table with four different handheld desert options for guests. Would highly recommend!

Details on the cake were stellar. Cake tasted amazing. Cake was light in texture and flavor. Tasting was professional and owner was always prompt with email response. If I had one critique it would be that the hydrangeas on the cake were very wilted before the end of the night.

We also had cake cups in 3 other flavors, Key Lime, Red Velvet and French Vanilla which I didnt get the chance to eat at the wedding, but only because my guests ate ALL of it before I could get there :).
