This is the worst taco bell in the area. The service is always slow and they always get atleast one thing wrong in the order.

if your app lets you modify your order then serve it fix your app! and it is not my fault you can add the cheese back on fresco tacos it shouldn’t be an option at all not that you just remove it and my order goes through the people will not give me the tacos with the cheese because they did it right so it’s my fault and now i have tacos that aren’t what i wanted

Day crew is the best ! Night crew is so bad and rude … customer service needs improvement I work late and sometimes I stop by there but today the girl in the front taking orders was so disrespectful . First she had me repeat my order then she stated that I was mumbling then when I spoke slower for her she said “ok ok it’s on the screen I got it !!! “ I asked for her name and she said it was Ciera which I doubt it ! I could have been rude and disrespectful like her but I just choose to never stop at this location ever again …..

I ordered a chicken, cheese and sour cream only chalupa a large sweet tea and an order of cinnamon twist cost me $11 @ the drive thru window after payment I received a sweet tea that was so horrible I had ask them to switch it out for a soda which I particularly don't care for nor rarely ever drink but ok no problem, as I pulled away from the window and started driving away I started to pull out my chalupa to prepare for eating discovered that I had received one little tiny cinnamon ball thing in a bag instead of the cinnamon twist so I had to drive back to receive my twist after that process I am now able to start diving in to my chalupa and hoping to enjoy it well guess what nope couldn't enjoy the chalupa shell was old stail and hard hard chicken a bit on the dry side and no sour cream on this chalupa at all no where. Leaving me driving on my way to work having nothing to eat except for a tiny bag of cinnamon twist after having just spent $11 on basically just a nasty ass taco and a nasty ass drink . Craziness Sad thing is is that now a days this type of service happens all day ever day and every where you go and then the even sadder part of all of that is the fact that us all as Americans are also now paying so so much more for everything to only receive BULLSHIT

Always takes forever and last time my kids and I ate here they didn't put cheese on any of our food and we ordered grilled cheese burrito and cheesy rolls like if you were out of cheese or something you could have at least told us so we could have went somewhere else especially when your spending 50$ and nothing had cheese
