I walked in after working doordash and I wanted a nice relaxing snack but when I walked in it was so cold in the lobby I walked right back out. Why would you keep the AC so cold that it's not even comfortable to sit in the lobby for customers. Whoever manages the store should be able to figure that out it's way too cold in the lobby.

A LOT BETTER trust me Taco Bell is my favorite and their food is quality now and the service doesn’t suck anymore. Very rough opening but seems like they are well staffed now :)
Edit: Last 5 times I went it was a horrible experience. Not going to go again, obviously. They forget food, are out of everything, rude, sloppy, and it’s overpriced on top of everything. If you’re still going to go, go midday. If you go at night you’re not going to be happy

I’ve been standing at the counter for 20 mins waiting for at least someone to acknowledge I’m there. I had a mobile order. And it said it was ready. It would be nice if someone told me I would have to wait. Don’t order from here. Silence and ignoring is still rude.

Brooke B, the sauce packet I was talking about is the free ones I can grab from the counter with the napkins. The fact you couldn’t get that through your head. I didn’t want the fancy cups, I wanted the regular sized salsa verde packets, the free ones!!

Check your bag before leaving. I ordered 34$ worth of food (expensive imo for taco bell) I was shorted a whole meal. Realized it when I got home. 3mins away. Turned right around and went back, food was replaced. This was my first time back here in 3 months and I probably wont do this again. It reminds me of the dunkin donuts I live right next to. Different menu and name, same stuff happens. I havent gone there in over a year either.
This Taco Bell continues to go downhill. Pretty sad. But then again I keep giving them more chances hoping they will be as good as they were when they first opened. Today my cheesy Gordita crunch had maybe a sprinkle of cheese, potatoes were like little rocks, and the chili cheese burritos didn’t even have chili in them. I did call and he said the chili was not correct. He offered a refund but I have to go out of my way and back to the store. I really just wish this store would get it together.

Absolutely ridiculous. These people can’t get the act together or get anything right. Avoid this Taco Bell at all cost. You’ll regret it if you go.

Stood around long enough by the front counter without anybody acknowledging me that I decided to go ahead, break down and use the kiosk ordering machine. Selected cash payment on the machine. Another 5 minutes later I get asked if I was okay or whatever at which point I say I think I need to pay? Boom, but wait, he can’t break a $100 bill. I don’t have any cards with money on them, don’t have any other cash. Can’t break $100. Which I sort of understand. But, if anybody had bothered to take my order or talk to me when I came in I could’ve known right away the $100 bill couldn’t be broken. It was a waste of time and I stood there and then left hungry. There’s already A.I. drive thru ordering, inside they want you to use the kiosk, can’t break a bill, how much longer before a machine can fold a burrito? If we don’t start taking pride in the little things it will all go by the way side. I’ll stay hungry and instead visit a real establishment down the road, like chick fil A. No kiosk or A.I. in sight. Change for cash payments. A crazy thought isn’t it?

This place is God awful we have been waiting for our food for over 45 minutes and all the workers are really moody and rude
Ordered $26 worth of food from the drive thru to take home (3 minutes away). Mt dew was out of syrup, crunchy tacos were crushed, and burrito was cold to the touch. I called, and was told by Adam (the manager at that time) that he’ll replace my tacos, but in just have to deal with the cold burrito. Horrible customer service. I’ll be disputing the charge with Taco Bell or my bank, and will not be going back to this location
