love this store for the employees and food but i am saddened to have to leave a one star due to management. im a regular and ive seen on multiple occasions the manager sneaking her vape into the restaurant bathroom, catch a attitude with the employees in front of me and other customers, and the environment feels more and more corporate every time i come to visit. i feel bad for the employees because i know for a fact that they don’t get paid enough to deal with managers who have a god complex “

The customer service at this location is lousy which is too bad because I really like the coffee. On my most recent visit, the place was not busy at all, there were four employees behind the counter, but it took unreasonably long to get my drink because they were too busy chatting to make drinks in a timely manner. No work ethic and lack of caring will have me going someplace else.

The Blend Coffee & Cocktails in Parish is a cool spot with a fun vibe, offering coffee flights, cocktails, and tasty sandwiches. There's indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for chilling. It's a bit pricier than usual, but worth it for a relaxed hangout over your regular coffee stop.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free sandwich
Kid-friendliness: Fun drinks; non-alcoholic flights

I don’t know why this place has only 3.5 starts, it deserves way more than that! The atmosphere is great as well as the lighting. The coffee and sandwiches are amazing.

We frequently make the trip from Lakewood Ranch on Saturdays to The Blend- love the flights and the white espresso. I hope they will open one closer to us one day- they would do amazing here!

Always a great coffee. Go here often.
The service was great, coffees were great, tons of seating, but the BREAKFAST SANDWICH. WHAT KIND OF WITCH CRAFT GOES ON IN THIS KITCHEN, THAT WAS QUITE POSSIBLY ONE OF THE BEST BREAKFASTS AND/OR SANDWICHES IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. A THOUSAND STARS TO THE COOK.

Under average coffee. Maybe using cheap roasted beans. Lack taste or they have never tasted a good coffee.
Also ambience lighting is bad. Don’t waste your money here.

I'm not from the area, so I just found the closest non-Starbucks/Dunkin coffee shop on Google. I ordered an iced latte. $9 for a 20oz latte with an extra shot seems a bit pricey for the area and environment, but if you're the only shop around, I guess you can gouge. The employees were overwhelmed and disorganized. Lots of customers that arrived before me were missing part of their orders and complained. I'm used to coffee shops in the city that just make your drink when you order it, then move on to the next customer. This place just ques up 20 orders with one espresso machine and employee making all the coffee drinks. The store was pretty busy when I arrived, but 25 minutes for a coffee isn't worth the wait. I could have boiled water for my French press and brewed it myself in the time it took for them to make a drink. After getting my coffee, it was pretty weak in flavor. I would have been better off getting a $4 coffee of equal quality from Dunkin or Wawa in 2 minutes instead of 25.

I visited this place for my first and last time with friends. They claim they serve cocktails but have no actual liquor. If you want a simple mixed drink, good luck. An employee informed me that their liquors are “wine based” and can only stick to what is on the menu. Besides that, don’t even bother coming for the coffee either. You’d be better off going to Starbucks rather than drinking this watered down junk. Not to mention, I saw an employee use the SAME rag to wipe down trash cans and then proceed to wipe table tops. I asked them out of concern for sanitation purposes and they said it was a “bleach rag” so I guess that makes it acceptable? Absolutely disgusting.

This place is HORRIBLE. District manager is down right rude, calls themselves a “coffee shop” but can’t make simple coffee drinks such as a shaken espresso even though they provide espresso and a shaker for their cocktails and other coffee drinks. Manager is insanely rude to employment including new staff that has JUST started, coming from a previous manager herself this is not the way to keep staff. If you can bring your money elsewhere I suggest doing so. My coffee was burnt AND watery, coming from someone who has been drinking coffee since they were 13 I’ve had it all good and bad and can confidently say this place SUCKS.

The best coffee shop I've come across so far. They have tons of options for both coffee based and other energy drinks. The snacks and food offerings are great and the staff is always super helpful and willing to make recommendations if you're not exactly sure what you want.
Update:Yup, Still awesome!
