It is a great and convenient place to stop and get some coffee while you're out shopping or running errands, and the staff is very friendly and pleasant. I like the coffee better than Dunkin Donuts and the cocktails are pretty good too

Everyone working was so friendly and gave the place such a welcoming vibe. Plus with how good my drink was, I can’t wait to come back! Definitely recommend coming here, I know I’ll deff be coming back. :)

I’ve continued to give the blend my business despite their services being hit or miss, but my most recent experience was the last straw. I placed an online order and ended up waiting over 45 minutes & only made 1 of 2 thankful for online receipt & lastly my coffee was cold— completely unacceptable. The inconsistency has become a roller coaster, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the blend. I highly suggest trying out other local coffee shops that value both their customers’ time and loyalty.

Worst coffee experience of my life.
When the iced coffee tasted terrible and we asked for a different drink they said they couldn’t exchange it for another drink.
Food was barely warm. Service was slow and careless. WILL NOT RETURN. BUYER BEWARE.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I purchased a breakfast burrito one Saturday morning only to realize the bacon was completely raw and the eggs were cooked in the microwave. I took the burrito back inside and asked for a refund, but I was told there was no manager there that could issue a refund so they gave me an email address. I accepted that because I thought I would get a response but I emailed pictures of the burrito asking for my eight dollars back and got no response. I emailed several other times and have been back in the store multiple times speaking with the store manager Olivia, but she keeps telling me there’s nothing she can do and it is up to the district manager to get back with me to issue my refund. I have spent countless time trying to get my eight dollars back! To me that is terrible customer service! They basically stole from me because I never got Anything for the money they took from me and refused to refund. I don’t normally leave reviews but this one is ridiculous!

My husband and I really enjoyed the coffee here as well as some of their breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, this is not an easy place to just go in and grab a cup of coffee and go. The service takes quite some time to be served.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this coffee shop. Each visit has been consistently disappointing for several reasons.

First, there is a noticeable lack of community or familiarity here. Unlike other local cafés where you might be greeted by name or see familiar faces, this shop feels transient and impersonal. It’s difficult to build any sense of rapport when the staff seems to change constantly, and there is little effort to engage with customers beyond taking orders.

Second, the shop is frequently understaffed. Even during peak hours, there never appear to be enough employees to handle the volume of customers, resulting in long waits and rushed service. When your turn finally comes, the staff’s demeanor is often curt and indifferent, falling well short of the warm, welcoming atmosphere one hopes for in a neighborhood café.

Overall, while the product itself is adequate, the lack of hospitality, consistent staffing, and community feel make this coffee shop a poor choice for anyone seeking a reliable, friendly place to enjoy their coffee. I would recommend exploring other local options that prioritize customer experience and cultivate a more inviting environment.
