The Blend is a great spot in Palmetto to get your coffee fix. The "on tap" cold brew is outstanding. Very smooth with zero bitterness or acidity- exactly how a cold brew should be. Service is always quick and personable.

My wife and I love the blend! Staff is friendly and they have tons of options. We love their recent seasonal coffee the pink Hawaiian. We also love the bagel breakfast sandwich! Our favorite local spot!

If I could give no stars, I would. American Honey is right down the road and has superior service and coffee. The food is elementary school cafeteria level, at best. Save your time and money for establishments that deserve your business. Keep in mind if you sit at the bar you have to get up to order at the register. If you can’t make it to American Honey just go to Dunkin and get a wake up wrap because it’s better than their “burritos”. I sat at the bar where most people would go for service for 10 minutes, without a Hi or what can I get ya. They looked busy but I realized they were basically ignoring me so I finally said excuse me if I want a beer should I order over there? So they had me walk over to the register where I regrettably ordered two of their burritos and scratched the beer because I had already spent enough time there.

Been here twice now and it's good coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are good but a few points that lose that 5th star - for now.Iced coffee should be more coffee than ice but both times it was mostly ice.Food wise it was good but not exactly what I ordered so that's not good.The chairs are cute but uncomfortable. The cashier is nice.Maybe when it's warmer sitting outside would be nice.We'll come back I'm sure. Maybe I have to be more specific when I order.

Nice ambiance, accommodating servers- I asked if they could pour my latte into a mug instead of the disposable cup and they did it right away. Latte is smooth not bitter!

BEWARE! This coffee shop is a gamble! Despite multiple attempts, I've consistently received inconsistent flavors. Order the same drink and it'll taste different each time. And good luck getting it corrected - they'll make you buy a new one (even if it was their mistake and they didn’t make the drink properly). Save your money and taste buds, and avoid this unpredictable experience.(Also based on reviews from past employees on Indeed, it seems like the owners have poor core values and don't prioritize employee satisfaction or well-being. The way they treat their workers is unacceptable, and we shouldn't support a business that doesn't value its employees.)

Super cute coffeehouse. Staff was attentive and quick to assist us. Both lattes and both breakfast sandwiches were prepared well. And, a big perk, they’re open on Sundays which is when many of the other local shops are closed.Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free and multiple milk options

But the real kicker is their absurd policy on replacing drinks. Even if it's their mistake, they'll make you buy a new one. No exceptions, no apologies. Save your money and sanity and avoid this unpredictable experience.

Once a loyal customer, but I’ll never step foot in here again or patronize one of the other locations. My husband and I spend hundreds of dollars in this establishment a month AND tip the baristas. I made a tiny little mistake and sent my order to the wrong location. First time making this mistake. My order is saved in my account. I was told to go pick my order up in Tampa lol or pay for a new one. As someone who’s been in customer service industries for many years, my question to blend is this: was losing a loyal customer who patronizes your business multiple times a week AND generously tips your employees worth the $20 mistake? I just wanted my coffee. Had they been gracious I would have more than paid it forward on my next order. Unfortunately, I won’t patronize a business who has no courtesy to loyal consumers. I’ve been patient given the slip in service. Many times my burrito was cold on the inside. I let it go, because I’m reasonable. Sounds like management isn’t. Oh well. American Honey is thankfully only a few short minutes down the road. I’ll be supporting “local” from now on. I see my business and my money isn’t valued at Blend.
