The food was not very good. The chips were stale and my husband’s sandwich was bland. The bartender didn’t bother to ask us about our food and was too busy on her phone, texting. Didn’t get refills on our drinks and I had to tell her about our food. She did ask us if we wanted something else, but it was towards the end of our lunch and it was until I said something. Absolutely zero customer service.
Man this place would be so good if they just used quality ingredients. Ive given them three chances; the first time i went i got the meatball sliders and a chicken sandwich the meatballs tasted like they were those frozen meatballs you get in a box and the sandwich was bout dry as my phone. The second time i went i got the wings and the steak tacos, the wings were rubbery and flavorless and the steak was just steakums right out the box. Just today i went and got the cheese curds and the spicy chicken bacon ranch flatbread, the cheesecurds had a bad aftertaste (because of the oil being reused over and over again) and the flatbread was just mediocre. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here again, you can taste the lack of effort and poor quality ingredients.
So the food at this place isn’t bad however, the little girls that run around as waitresses are obnoxious you wait five or 10 minutes before anyone comes to your table. Would not recommend this place for adults.!!!!!
Nice surprise. I wasn't expecting much. Everything was really good. The burgers were great—lots of flavor. So, I decided to take one to-go as well.
Our family enjoyed celebrating our Father’s Day lunch here. Everyone enjoyed their dishes including the children’s menu dishes. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was great
I’ve held off on writing a review despite the constant issues with my orders, but today was the final straw. Every single time I order a Caesar salad, it’s completely different—and not in a good way. I consistently pay extra for additional dressing and never receive it. I ask for no bacon, and they add bacon. Today I ordered a plain Caesar salad and was literally given lettuce and croutons in a box. No Parmesan. How do you forget the most basic element of a Caesar salad?
It’s not just the salads, either. Every time we request honey mustard on the side, it’s forgotten. We’ve had family visiting and placed multiple online orders—every single one has had some kind of error.
The only reason we continue ordering from here is because it’s the only restaurant nearby. I really hope they step up their quality control soon, because it’s incredibly frustrating to pay for things you’re not getting and to have to double-check every single item.
I have been here twice and food has been lacking each time. It was not good at all. I personally won’t be coming back unless I am at corporate ladder and want some food.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Greyson, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional, largely thanks to our wonderful server, Natalie Sunday Night. her warm and inviting demeanor made us feel right at home. She was attentive and always checking in to see if we needed anything else after food. The Greyson itself is a beautifully designed space, creating a perfect ambiance for a delightful dining experience plus happy hour deals everyday ! The food was exquisite, from the appetizers to the entrees, and Natalie’s suggestions were spot on.
Great service, friendly staff. I tried the cheese steak for the first time which I thought was dry and not flavorful. They do have good flat breads, wings, ribs....I will stick to what I know next time.
I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at Greyson’s Restaurant in Palmetto, I went in to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for, but the staff treated me as if I hadn’t ordered anything at all. They insisted there was no record of my order and offered no assistance in resolving the issue. I returned home to get my phone as proof, only to discover I had been charged $47.08 but was only refunded $44.00. What made matters worse was the way I was spoken to—especially by the first staff member, who was dismissive and unprofessional. When I tried to escalate the issue, the manager not only refused to share the owner’s contact information but also added to the frustration with an unhelpful attitude. This experience left me feeling completely disrespected and embarrassed. I will not be supporting this establishment again, and I urge others to be cautious when ordering from them. The manager and employees should never treat a paying customer as if they didn’t place an order or were trying to steal something. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times purely out of convenience, but the food has always been average at best. After this recent experience, I won’t be returning.

For paying $45 for food you could at least make sure when a customer asks for the meat to be well done for it to be well done!!
