Came through the drive-thru and was told that the computer systems shut down before the closing time so I was refused services. Closed at 1:00am and I came in at midnight. That’s ridiculous! Why stay open until 1am if you’re closing the systems down at midnight! Thank god McDonald’s was open!

Other than being out of Chocolate shakes, this was the best meal from Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Chicken was hot and fresh, cookies were huge and yummy. I need to frequent this location more often.

This Wendy's is in desperate need of a make-over. It is so outdated, plus poorly managed. We got dry, cold burgers, the windows were so filthy we could not see out through them. Several sodas were empty, as was the ketchup dispenser.

Man look at here that chilli omg I just let with 2 cups had a large yesterday only thing I did was put me some cayenne pepper to spice it up and dice tomatoes in it because I love tomatoes don't know if they will put some in it forget to ask but the chilli is slamming I'll be there tomorrow 💯 need to go to Costco and get there hotdogs Kirkland quarter pounder and put Wendy's chilli on it lawd help I know it will be bussin

This Wendy’s has ALWAYS been horrible. They NEVER get the order right! Every now and then, probably once a year two at the most, I try to give them a chance. I am disappointed 100% of the time! Today I ordered 3 orders of fries and only got two. One of the orders was only half full and they were all COLD. I don’t know how they have stayed in business! People are not friendly at all. The restaurant is disgusting. I will drive farther to get to a better quality Wendy’s from now on.

Charged more than the price on the menu. Manager said not her problem that they have not changed prices yet so I want it or not. Informed her that it is illegal to charge more than the posted price she kept saying not her problem do I want it or not. No wonder Wendy's is struggling to survive

Husband sat in drive-thru for over 10 minutes for our mobile order. They claimed they couldn't find it, but then it finally showed up. He gets home with my order and I had asked for extra sour cream and butter for my SOUR CREAM and Chive potato.. there was no sour cream or butter whatsoever for my potato. I can forgive places that forget to give extra of anything when it comes to special requests, but to give me no sour cream for my sour cream and chive potato?! Make that make sense. There was also no sauce for my spicy nuggets. I had asked for 2 Ranch sauces and got nothing there either. Terrible experience at this Wendy's. Will not be back to this location.
