This wing stop was horribly lazy the wokes don't even try to anything. One worker just waked out of the store and one of them was just sitting down on the counter like nothing was happing. Never in my life have I gone to a restaurant and the worckes were like this.

Ordered with Door Dash. Originally said 45 minutes to deliver. It is over an hour and a half after I placed the order and my Dasher now has the food. This is ridiculous.
They also turned off their phones so you can't even call to ask about the order.

Placed an online order, showed up 20 minutes after it should have been done and wasn’t ready. Asked how much long and without looping what told by the casher she didn’t know. She didn’t even look to see. Asked if I could cancel the order, told me to go online, then I showed that the website says to call the store. She told me the phone was down. Asked how to get a refund and was told it would take DAYS and the district manager had to do it. Again asked how long it would be, ended up taking over an hour. The whole store was packed with people waiting well over an hour, which wouldn’t be bad if customer service was better.
The guy who worked today should have his salary raised, he was doing everything on his own and very efficient!!

Let me start by saying the front desk girl Israelett was mumbling on the phone, stating she couldn't understand the order and kept huffing and puffing, showing no patience. When we arrived , no one checked or asked us what we were there for. We waited for over 5 minutes and probably longer as she chose to skip over us and take the 2nd person that came into the store. She proceeded to almost give our order to the wrong person and finally decided to acknowledge that we were there before this other lady. We checked the order to find soggy old fries, and the wings were not extra crispy, as we had previously emphasized. We proceeded to tell them they were not crispy as we asked, and the girl took everything back abruptly and dropped the fries all over the counter and register. They created more work for the people in the kitchen. Instead of trying to understand the customer and doing things right, they showed no interest. Terrible experience, and we will not be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! None of the staff wore gloves either. Tossing wings from one paper to another.

This location as well as the Bradenton location needs to stop hiring individuals that do not want to work.
When an order is placed they don’t call out the order/ notify the customer. The workers are standing around doing absolutely nothing. Someone needs to really take charge of this location.
