Great food

This place isn't fast, but the food is good & the people are very friendly. We'd heard the owner is considering to close up, after Labor day 2019. We asked to pass along our disappointment and request to reconsider. Now, we shall see. 😕

Amazing dinner tonight. Shrimp, oysters, crab claws, fried green tomatoes, green beans, cucumber & onion's and key lime pie. All seasoned well, plentiful and priced well. Thank you!

The food was nothing less than amazing... I thought that waiting 45 minutes to get our food was a bit long... But great food... Very friendly service...

This was a place I've always bragged about, I've had many many meals there since I was a toddler and I'm 45 now, it's finally lost it's luster, the food is so greasy and taste like old grease, I was heartbroken this time, they didn't even have any oysters, can you believe a seafood place in panacea would be out of oysters, but judging from the quality of the food maybe it was a blessing that they had no oysters. It pains me to give this review I've always loved coastal seafood but I wouldn't want anyone to waste their money here, my Lord their appetizer was a mini cup of garlic butter and salad crackers and was awful. Good by coastal, a part of my childhood has finally gone away

I'm giving it a 3 only because many times for today I have ate there and it was not bad. Today on the other hand it was not very good. The food was cold and the wait time was unreal. We had a large table and people that came in after us was being served before us. The 2 tables that came in after us was eating before we got our drinks. Most of the time it's wonderful. The service and food is great. Today was just a bad day for business.

Took family there for father's day lunch. Had all you can eat shrimp along with 2 other people. Received a dozen shrimp that was not even hot. Took 2 hours for us to get out of there.

Good seafood at a decent price. 5 of us ate for $80 and 3 of us took leftovers home. The food tasted wonderful. My mom said it was the best crab cakes she ever ate.

Don't judge a book by its cover.

This is a wonderful find! Everything is fresh and very yummy! Way more food than you could ever eat. Our server, Garret, was amazing too! We will returning soon!

It took a while to get our food, but that is likely because it was cooked to order. The shrimp were delicious, the oysters were a little gooey/strange. Not sure if the batter wasn't cooked through or if they were battered with mayo underneath? Not my favorite. Kid serving us was nice and on point. The restaurant was out of a bunch of stuff, including Coke. Anyway, not perfect and not awful. We will try them again, though.

Food was great, food was a little slow coming out.

The food was good. Service is getting better

After an hour+ wait, I was very excited about our food arriving. I figured with that amount of time (there were 7 of us, but only 3 other 2 top tables were there), the food would be awesome. Noooo, fried foods tasted like old grease, they were out of a lot of sides, and the biggest and saddest let down was my crab cakes. They tasted like a grilled hamburger was being grilled right next to them or had been grilled right before them 😢.
