Customer service from our Waitress was THE BEST. She was the nicest person I've seen in the service industry. Now the food...well the food was hit or miss. My burger was beautiful to look at and plated nicely, BUT you take the bun off and it was completely BURNT and NO FLAVOR AT ALL. My daughter did not even touch her food because the burger was absolutely bland and it was just not flavorful, sadly. The lights are really dim. A bit too Dim for my liking. Almost as if I was in the dark eating. Like I said the service was the best but spending anywhere from 50 to 100 bucks on a family dinner was a waste in my opinion. I may just have been on a HIT OR MISS day but I was not happy. PLUS, it was my daughter's birthday which was the sad part ? The booths felt sticky, and my sweet tea was not sweet and my husband's food was raw. It was burnt on the outside, no seasoning and when he cut into the meat it was raw and bleeding..

We had completely flavorless burnt burgers. The burgers are thick and appealing to the eye with the bun on. Culvers Serves a delicious burger. Kinda feels dirty in the seating areas And if you're a clean person, you'll know exactly what I mean.. The waitress was fast and nice. The bull statue is cool. Security is nice I guess.

Our server Mandy was spot on ! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Restaurant was very clean. Had a sirloin and baked potato cooked to perfection! Will return again!

This is always a must for us when we are in Panama City. This place hasn’t changed in the 34 years we have been going there. The food has that lovely smoked flavor and steaks are always tender. I love their homemade salad dressing too.
