Poor customer service, wasn't crowded but still very slow, overpriced for microwaved food, hidden fees added to the checkEdit in response to the owner's comments regarding the hidden fee- A $10 "credit card fee" was added to the check and no mention of it was made by the server. This was before it was determined how we would pay. The owner can confirm, but I believe this is added to the bill before tax and the mandatory gratuity is calculated for large parties. We paid cash.

In a last minute choice, my friends and I decided to eat here while exploring through pier park. The only positive thing has to be they have a pet permit. Every other thing is 100% negative. I could’ve cooked a better burger in my air fryer, tasted like they were using 97% lean beef.? Our server spilled a drink on one of my buddies, says take it out of their tip, THEN PROCEEDS TO CHARGE US GRATUITY. I am guessing because they knew he didn’t deserve 18% and they don’t pay them from the looks of it. Our server also did not fit in any role of customer service ever. Overall terrible experience and below average food. Come here if you want to waste your time, money, and hours of your life since they took about 45 minutes to bring our food and couldn’t have had more than 5-6 parties in the establishment. 1.8/10

I have to say the service is slow, I understand busy, but my chicken wings cold and my seared Tuna smelled fishy. And the portions were small. Not a happy cmper. Definitely wouldn't come back.

The Food was so horrible I had gotten the 8 wings! They never told me they didn’t come with fries…they wings was rushed and I had to send themBack! The drinks was watered down…the fries was the only thing I ate…threw the wings away! Nawl I would eat here again…
