Food is good. Menu offerings are in line with franchise offers - but this particular location is in need of a make-over. They don't even have an in-door bathroom! And, the booths are fiberboard (a wee bit uncomfortable). Counter assoc repeated my order incorrectly 3 times! (I KNOW I was speaking English... slowly too!). New deep fried turkey club is AWESOME! It should be made a staple on the menu. RECOMMEND!

I recently went to pick up an order from this Arby’s, and it was a disappointing experience. Right from the start, the door was propped open with a chair, forcing customers to either squeeze past or move it out of the way. When I walked in, both employees barely glanced in my direction and didn’t greet me at all – no “Hi, welcome in,” or any acknowledgment. I stood there unsure of where to pick up my food, eventually finding it on my own by looking around. On my way out, I said “Thank you,” but was met with silence. The building looks unkempt and dirty, and it’s an eyesore – both the building itself and the employees’ faces and attitudes. I expected more from Arby’s, and this location did not deliver.

10-25-2024 At 1:18 pm , Do yourself a favor and run from this location. They were out of roast beef, fountain drink machine was broke and the smokehouse brisket was harder than dried up, bacon , Roaches on the floor. And the manager lady was super rude and ignorant when I asked for my money back because I could not even tear the brisket in half… If I was a betting man, this place would not be here next bike week… Piss poor management will give you piss poor results.i

I would give 0 stars if I could. I should’ve known that this was going to be a bad experience at the moment, I walked in the door. But my kids and I had just got done traveling 11 hours to be here in Panama City Beach and we were starving.

We were not greeted as we walked in. The lady who took our order, watched us walk in, looked directly at us, and continued to talk on her phone. She was definitely letting us know that we were on her time.

Between her and the crew in the back, they seem to be more interested about whatever gossip they were talking about than providing good food service.

The food was disgusting. The buns were not good, they didn’t even have most of what we wanted on the menu, there were no napkins out in the lobby, and when my daughter asked the lady for napkins, she gave her maybe 2 or 3.

Quality of food was so far below standard. And the customer service was even lower than that.

We're visiting Florida and decided to feed the entire family of six at Arby's our drive through service was great and she served us with a smile even though we had a tall demand!!

Ordered two 4 for 10 classic roast beef sandwiches and 2 large orders of crinkly fries for about 28 bucks and change.
The bun on 1 sandwich was pitch black burnt. So burned I don't know how the smoke detectors or fire alarm was not triggered. We smelled it in our vehicle driving away. Returned to store and had sandwich replaced. Manager blamed it on the toaster and made it a point to let us know he was accommodating us by replacing the incredibly burned sandwich. I feel so sorry for the owner of this restaurant. Be sure to check your to go order at drive thru before leaving.

They can’t help you with the app or
Ordering online at all. They actually act like they have never seen the app before in thier life. Was trying to figure it out with a male employee who knew absolutely nothing, when a female who thought she knew everything, gave us wrong information. Doesn’t seem to be a manager there since we asked for one and got stared at. Don’t order online

They always got an attitude problem, and some days won't even take cash, only card. They just opened and the lady on the speaker has an attitude like she doesn't like her job. There's no reason to be rude if they just opened the store for the day.
