They billed me twice. Once via credit card, said it didn’t go through so I paid cash. Went in wanting them to make it right and they told me it was not their problem and to contact my credit card company. Very poor customer service. Will never eat there again.

I recently enjoyed a visit to Auntie Anne's Pretzel. The pretzels were hot and fresh, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant was clean. A delightful experience overall!

AMAZING SERVICE! 5 ⭐.The guy with pink/red hair did such an amazing service, served us politely and did everything just perfectly! I'll definitely visit again. Everything was clean, basically shining! The food was delicious.

I just went for the first time to Aunties Annie's and it's definetly recommended for everybody.One of the workers, Logan Paul the Assistant General Manager (pink/red red hair) is an amazing worker. I hope he'll receve a promotion! He is polite and served me as quick as possible. Thank you!

I recently visited this establishment for the first time and was very impressed with the customer service here. The boy at the front, I believe his name was Rowan greeted me with a smile and recommended his favorites and I was very pleased with my order!

I loved the pretzels!! They had just the right amount of salt on them and the service was amazing. Logan was so polite and served us within seconds! Definitely recommend.
The customer service was absolutely horrible! The boy in there with dyed red/pink hair needs to find a job where he doesn't have to deal with the public!! Needless to say we just walked out without ordering! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

If i could put zero stars i most definitely would ? . The guy with red/pink hair (didn’t look at the name tag before i walked off) was EXTREMELY rude . he never acknowledged us standing there and stayed busy with his back turned , never even spoke . when we were discussing what we wanted i asked a simple question for him to immediately snap back an extremely rude response . after that he continued to ignore us until we spoke about getting a number two , too which he asked how many and we said three of them please . he stayed with his back turned and asked how we wanted them and when we started to answer he turned around and told my grandma he hasn’t even started taking our order and to hold on repetitively , we then asked when he would and he said he was trying to cook enough for the case so i immediately walked off . he continued to talk and yell as we left . there was a couple in there before us who walked out with nothing as well probably for the same reason . we asked him if he was having a bad day to which he responded “no my days been great” . He does not need to work there with so many people on vacation trying to have a good time or around people at all if he acts like that on a “good” day .

Tried to come get a snack for my husband who has a dairy allergy. I have gone to auntie Anne's in the past and have never had an issue getting the cinnamon sugar pretzel, just dipped in water to avoid the butter. An employee laughed when I tried to order said that the mix won't stick without butter and they can't help me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Food was OK. We ordered two pretzel dog bites and two drinks and it was over $30 ridiculously priced for what you got. Staff was rude. They didn’t welcome as they didn’t say thank you I didn’t say anything they were basically just ordertakers.

We had a great experience getting pretzels here on our vacation. They were expensive and I didn't like that they had a card option to tip for a fast food service but other than that it was a winner.
